Pros: the Caller ID and the Search of Clients by the incoming caller. Also the easy way to make notes on all the customers.

Cons: Having to manually close clients if I for get to close the client before I close the browser the application is logged in on. I know it's my error and not the application, I just have to remember to do it.

Overall: Saves time and lets me give my clients better customer service
