October 23, 2024 5.0 It is a great experience and an incredible tool; it is fast and accurate. I used it while prospecting to tailor messages in my LinkedIn outreach Pros CrystalKnows is priceless. It offers a very complete DISC with recommendations on how to approach different stages of a sales process. Also, the Google extension is neat; it activates on Google Meet while writing emails. Pros Crystal makes it easy to do that with a framework that gives me confidence in initiating conversations twice as fast. I REALLY enjoy being able to craft a caring message before I send it to someone in my network. It makes it easy to tailor my messages in a way that matters, avoiding the details or style that would be draining and instead leaning in on ideas that might spark a positive connection. Pros The accuracy of the tool in mindblowing. Our sales team is well aware about their DISC characteristics and this matched close to identical with Crystal. We are aiming to embed Crystal in to our daily prospecting operations, so looking forward to see some actual results. Cons When googling Crystal the first result didn't match with the tool so I was a bit confused. Might be something to look at internally. It tells you the words, phrases, style and tone you should use to reach the recipient in the way that they like to communicate, rather than your own, even their tolerance for sarcasm and emoticons. It builds this profile from what it can glean about them online: their public Facebook or blog posts, their tweets as we go about our business on the internet. For me, Crystal will draft emails to people I've never met, using a tone and language that their online presence suggests will resonate with them. Pros I like how it emails before meetings on the "personalities" of those who will be in attendance. I like how you can find people, and the tips it gives for communicating with different types of people. Cons It's a little hard to understand how it gathers this data as sometimes the profiles are quite off. However, it can only go by what is put out there on the internet so I think it does a pretty good job considering. But it only had 9 credits so I cold emailed their Head of Growth, cust support rep who was generous enough to give me 75 extra credits. Next thing you know, I opted in for their paid Outreach plan. Because - - It's helping me to create hyper-personalized emails for my prospects - Communicate with my friends and colleagues the way they like to communicate - Become more self-aware Design and UX is smooth and slick.
