Terrible service.

Pros

Nothing. Not worse than cheaper services

Cons

Terrible customer service. Hidden fees. Impossible to cancel.

### "Beware of these thieves! "

They have stolen nearly 1k from me and we have never used the service.

Pros

They offered a free service which we never ended up using. Then 3 years later they started billing us and said we agreed to pay for a service we never used. Many attempts to have them stop taking money from our account but no success they just keep stealing from us. Our last resort is to shut down bank accounts and start new ones.. very sad this company is out there robbing small businesses.

Cons

They steal from their clients after telling them they have a free account. These people have no spine.

Reason for choosing EVO Payments

Because it was supposed to be free processing for our small business.
