I AM NOT NOR do I want to be an IT expert. Like any relationship… It took a while for customer service and sales to understand who I was… And quite frankly… Took me a long time to understand who they were as well. I had no idea of the industry… And the advances that it has made in the last 10 years… And I needed to really do my homework to get up to speed with the leader ship team I am particularly impressed with Mekella… a lead on the customer service relationship team. She has stuck with me through thick and then this entire process. **Pros:** Staff, and leadership that actually cares and takes time to understand my needs **Cons:** Rough, rocky start, due to me NOT understanding the entire complexity of what the software is capable of **Alternatives Considered:** [Exercise.com](https://www.capterra.com/p/152284/exercise-com/) and [PushPress](https://www.capterra.com/p/172781/PushPress/) **Reasons for Choosing Wodify:** Cost, personality of sales, AND relatable staff. Everyone at Wodify either has a business or is involved in the daily operations of a business similar to mine. **Switched From:** [Zen Planner](https://www.capterra.com/p/134351/Zen-Planner/) **Reasons for Switching to Wodify:** Clunky, membership, communication, outdated app, and coding… Just seem to be from the 1970s. The overall looked at the end of the day compared to what customers were seeing with top end products on the web… Just didn’t.
