“I recently got charged 2x for the same invoice due a a chargeback and wodify did nothing to help me and told me to work it out with my member. When I tried to do that, I gave her a refund and then lost the entire invoice once again because wodify did not communicate the refund to the bank.“

Incredible company, rich in culture, producing the highest caliber tech in the space, supported by a team of people who are truly obsessed with helping their clients succeed. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

Pros

Background: I've operated CrossFit Gyms and boutique studios for the last 20 years. I've opened 13 gyms in that time and I've worked with a number of software companies along the way. In 2025, we opted to move to Wodify. It was a scray decision because migrating a few thousand accounts felt like a lot of exposure for our business. This is where their team made the difference. Rather than push us to move quickly. The team guided us for weeks through all the inner workings of the process. When we got cold feet a few times, they were calm and helpful. No pressure sales - pure value add from the start. In the end, not only did we move forward, but the transition couldn't have been easier. And then came the really good stuff. Where many companies sell and flee - these guys took a different approach. Onboarding us with 30-60-90 day check ins (Thanks, \[sensitive content hidden\]), and providing us with an incredible direct support member who clearly comes from the gym industry (Hey \[sensitive content hidden\]), they helped us bring all of the Wodify tools to life in our business. In doing so, we were able to cancel thousands of dollars per month in redundant tech support - in particular: website hosting and management thanks to Wodify sites, CRM support thanks to Wodify workflows, two tools that have streamlined our business. This is a truly remarkable platform backed by a truly remarkable team. I know there are many options out there. And I know from experience that when you're running a gym, talking about tech is the last thing on your mind. It can be daunting to switch or take time to really measure up the many competitors in the space. But if you're an operator, I encourage you to think big picture and give Wodify a look. This is a tech PARTNER in the truest sense of the word, and if you're looking to build long-term value in your company, they can help you do it like nobody else.

Cons

Initially, we realized there was no way to distinguish between active members and prospects on the class rosters. This made targeting our prospects in class difficult. But in Wodify's defense, we brought this up to them and they quickly updated the platform so coaches can easily identify their prospects in a busy class.

Wodify being a one-stop service makes our lives incredibly easy when managing the business. Everything from automated billing, digital waivers, member communications, workout logging, marketing, and more is streamlined in one place for both us and our members. Even our website is designed and maintained through Wodify, and the new member leads integration has been phenomenal. The mobile app is popular with our community and helps keep them engaged with the gym. Overall, the software has grown with us, and we genuinely feel like Wodify is a partner in our business, not just a tool we use.

Pros

The thing we love most is that Wodify consistently demonstrates that they truly care about our business. If we have questions, they’re answered immediately. If we need help with the software, they’ve got our back. It’s refreshing to be able to log in and talk to a real person (not a chatbot) when we need to troubleshoot something. And if the issue is more involved, we can hop on a Zoom call. The Wodify customer support team is genuinely invested in our success, and it brings incredible peace of mind. The software itself is simple, intuitive, and every feature feels like it was created with gym owners in mind. We use Wodify for everything: scheduling, payments, class programming, and the digital displays our clients follow during workouts. And everything just works. We’ve been with Wodify for 12 years now, but it always feels like we’re using the most up-to-date software because every two weeks we get an email about new features and enhancements they’ve released.

Cons

Honestly, this is a difficult question because nothing major comes to mind. Like any robust software, there’s a bit of a learning curve when exploring new or advanced features, but Wodify’s support materials and customer service team make getting up to speed surprisingly easy.

Its has been very frustrating, and a huge lack of communication. Then when you ask questions b.c. you have been given no direction you are treated unprofessionally.

Pros

That they can handle our waivers and membership processing. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been the only employee to help us in a kind and professional manner.

Cons

Their communication is probably the worst of any company I have dealt with. There is no consistency or flow to what you need to learn to operate their program and what the program offers.

easy to use all encompassing work flows automation reports CC processing workout integration There are a lot of features I LOVE and isn't really missing anything. Allows me to run the gym in about 30 min a day.

POS for merch isn't great. Can't pay coaches through it yet. I can track how much I should pay them. Would love to integrate it into a payment system

I absolutely love Wodify and appreciate how they listen to the customers feedback and since I have been on board they have made many changes to improve the experience and use of software which saves me a lot of time and energy, so I have more time for marketing.

Pros

The lightning fast customer service and all the workflows and additions as well every automation that saves me time as a business owner that is wearing all the hats. I love how seamless and integrated it all is, with the website and the offerings and account manager that helps me grow my business. They truly strive to help you build up your business.

Cons

The inability to update as much of my website as I would like, however I am not sure that I would necessarily be able to do it on my own with out taking hours out of my day.

### "OG Wodify gym and still loving it"

Have been using it for over a decade, it’s a great resource for personal and work historical reporting. Also makes managing the gym and memberships so much easier.

Pros

Streamlines all our business needs into one application. Having everything linked saves a ton of time.

Cons

The list is shrinking with every new roll out. But making certain things like the custom reporting and automations more user friendly would be great. Also you can’t preview a wod without adding it to the program, I don’t remember every wod by name.

Overall customer service to us and the client experience has been good. The occasional lose in server connection or clitch, at least from my perspective is expected. We have been a customer since 2013 and have grown together. I have seen the effort that has been put into making Wodify better and for someone like my self who was new to the business and seen the industry changes over time, Wodify has enhanced our services and never jeopardized it.

Pros

Client facing features, like entering results, results history, personal record history reset, leaderboard, attendance streaks and the communication options directly to clients and leads. The new Kiosk plus interface has been good for our coaches. On the admin side the report options have improved with customization.

Cons

The client experience when signing up a dependent/kids for our kids or teens program. It seems to be the only occurrence where half the time we get confusion from the parents and miss information on how to use or manage the app for the dependent. The process has improved over time.

### "Learning how to grow"

A learning curve. I AM NOT NOR do I want to be an IT expert. Like any relationship… It took a while for customer service and sales to understand who I was… And quite frankly… Took me a long time to understand who they were as well. I had no idea of the industry… And the advances that it has made in the last 10 years… And I needed to really do my homework to get up to speed with the leader ship team I am particularly impressed with Mekella… a lead on the customer service relationship team. She has stuck with me through thick and then this entire process.

Staff, and leadership that actually cares and takes time to understand my needs

Rough, rocky start, due to me NOT understanding the entire complexity of what the software is capable of

It's been great! I have liked that the customer service team is very responsive and helpful learning how to utilize this software better, so I can manage the business side of what I do better. This gives me more head space to do the fun things like coaching, developing leaders, and participating in class.

Pros

Ease of use - Very user friendly and are updated when new features come out. Customer Service - Questions how to use a feature, find a report, or create a workflow are responded to quickly, kindly, and with clear answers.

Cons

The chat feature on my phone is very slow. It seems like it's too many layers deep and takes very long to load.

I have used Wodify for our business for almost 10 years. And I still think its the best solution for class based gyms that want to run multiple programs. I'm also very appreciative to Wodify as a business listening to feedback and adjusting accordingly to make sure it's customers are happy.

Pros

Wodify allows us to not only track our membership, but also provide programming and data tracking for the members. It's an all encompassing system.

Cons

Wodify is not as set up as well for personal training or individual programming delivery.

We have used Wodify for almost 10 years. It has just gotten better with time. Great reporting. Stable system. Does all that I need it to do and allows for my members to easily track attendance and performance.

Pros

I like the continuous improvement attitude that Wodify takes. The system has been ever evolving since we started with the company back in 2016. I like that there is a member front end and a business management system all in one platform. The customer service is excellent. Always fast responses and offers to connect one on one if needed.

Cons

Like any software system some times it does things that you don't expect. But maybe that is lack of knowledge of the user some times too.

I began my business in 2002, back in the days of using paper to track billing, attendance, etc. In 2012 I had 2 locations and was ready to sell one of them because all the management was making me crazy. I started using Wodify and it completely transformed my business, I recommend Wodify to EVERY Strength Coach Business Owner!

Pros

I was about to sell my 2nd location until I started using Wodify 11 years ago! It saved my life and business!

Cons

NA - Wodify handles all scheduling, billing and communication under one roof!

I have enjoyed using Wodify and have been a long-standing member. It is really user friendly and anytime I have had questions or problems I have been helped immediately.

Pros

Ease of member tracking and data! The support team is always prepared to answer my questions.

Cons

Seems slow at times. Drop ins go to Waivers and not automatically to Leads

Great! I've been with the company for over a decade—maybe one of the first to use them. I'm very happy with the customer service and all of the innovations they constantly bring. Five stars!

Pros

Great customer service and an all-around great product!

Cons

Every once in a while, a system upgrade temporarily slows or makes the system nonresponsive. I think most tech platforms are the same, though.

payroll features are limited. i would like to be able to track clock in and clock out features.

Overall we're happy with Wodify. It suits the needs of our box and our clients.

Pros

It has an app that members can access. We're able to get affiliate programs which makes our daily operations easier.

Cons

Everytime there are changes made, it makes the system a bit slow. The app takes too long to load especially for new users.
