Wodify is a company that listens, owns their role, and supports their clients with professionalism and respect. Some negative reviews reflect emotional frustration when something breaks—but in my experience, Wodify is exactly who you want on the other side of that frustration: responsive, accountable, and invested in making things better.

Pros

Wodify’s customer service is outstanding. When I bring an issue to them, they don’t dismiss it, offer a flimsy workaround, or say “that’s just how it is.” They listen, take responsibility where appropriate, and genuinely explore whether the software itself can be improved—for the benefit of all users. Their response time is fast, communication is thorough, and they always follow up to make sure an issue is fully resolved before closing a ticket. Most importantly, they never imply that the problem—or my frustration—is my fault.

Cons

As with any evolving software, updates (to Wodify, browsers, or operating systems) can occasionally cause hiccups. This sometimes requires clearing caches, refreshing, or updating systems. I’ve learned to schedule this as a regular maintenance task. While this can be frustrating, Wodify is transparent about what’s within their control and still goes out of their way to help—even when the issue technically isn’t theirs.

Wodify being a one-stop service makes our lives incredibly easy when managing the business. Everything from automated billing, digital waivers, member communications, workout logging, marketing, and more is streamlined in one place for both us and our members. Even our website is designed and maintained through Wodify, and the new member leads integration has been phenomenal. The mobile app is popular with our community and helps keep them engaged with the gym. Overall, the software has grown with us, and we genuinely feel like Wodify is a partner in our business, not just a tool we use.

Pros

The thing we love most is that Wodify consistently demonstrates that they truly care about our business. If we have questions, they’re answered immediately. If we need help with the software, they’ve got our back. It’s refreshing to be able to log in and talk to a real person (not a chatbot) when we need to troubleshoot something. And if the issue is more involved, we can hop on a Zoom call. The Wodify customer support team is genuinely invested in our success, and it brings incredible peace of mind. The software itself is simple, intuitive, and every feature feels like it was created with gym owners in mind. We use Wodify for everything: scheduling, payments, class programming, and the digital displays our clients follow during workouts. And everything just works. We’ve been with Wodify for 12 years now, but it always feels like we’re using the most up-to-date software because every two weeks we get an email about new features and enhancements they’ve released.

Cons

Honestly, this is a difficult question because nothing major comes to mind. Like any robust software, there’s a bit of a learning curve when exploring new or advanced features, but Wodify’s support materials and customer service team make getting up to speed surprisingly easy.

Incredible company, rich in culture, producing the highest caliber tech in the space, supported by a team of people who are truly obsessed with helping their clients succeed. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

Pros

Background: I've operated CrossFit Gyms and boutique studios for the last 20 years. I've opened 13 gyms in that time and I've worked with a number of software companies along the way. In 2025, we opted to move to Wodify. It was a scray decision because migrating a few thousand accounts felt like a lot of exposure for our business. This is where their team made the difference. Rather than push us to move quickly. The team guided us for weeks through all the inner workings of the process. When we got cold feet a few times, they were calm and helpful. No pressure sales - pure value add from the start. In the end, not only did we move forward, but the transition couldn't have been easier. And then came the really good stuff. Where many companies sell and flee - these guys took a different approach. Onboarding us with 30-60-90 day check ins (Thanks, \[sensitive content hidden\]), and providing us with an incredible direct support member who clearly comes from the gym industry (Hey \[sensitive content hidden\]), they helped us bring all of the Wodify tools to life in our business. In doing so, we were able to cancel thousands of dollars per month in redundant tech support - in particular: website hosting and management thanks to Wodify sites, CRM support thanks to Wodify workflows, two tools that have streamlined our business. This is a truly remarkable platform backed by a truly remarkable team. I know there are many options out there. And I know from experience that when you're running a gym, talking about tech is the last thing on your mind. It can be daunting to switch or take time to really measure up the many competitors in the space. But if you're an operator, I encourage you to think big picture and give Wodify a look. This is a tech PARTNER in the truest sense of the word, and if you're looking to build long-term value in your company, they can help you do it like nobody else.

Initially, we realized there was no way to distinguish between active members and prospects on the class rosters. This made targeting our prospects in class difficult. But in Wodify's defense, we brought this up to them and they quickly updated the platform so coaches can easily identify their prospects in a busy class.

Pros

We have been using Wodify for our non profit gym for a few years now. They are the go to for gym platform management. Their customer service is helpful. They work with you to make the best experience possible for you as a business owner and your clients. We strongly recommend them.

Cons

We have not run into any issues with Wodify. We cannot think of anything about Wodify that we do not like.

From class scheduling and member check-ins to tracking workouts, progressions, and personal records, Wodify keeps everything running smoothly so our coaches can focus on coaching and our athletes can focus on training. Our members love seeing their results over time — whether it’s shaving a minute off their “Grace” time or finally getting that first pull-up. The workout tracking and leaderboard features keep the community motivated and accountable. The app is simple enough for brand-new athletes but powerful enough for our seasoned CrossFitters. For us as owners, Wodify makes it easy to manage memberships, payments, and communications in one place. It’s the application we use at my health and fitness club, we are able to collaborate with it, schedule classes, log and check attendance, etc

My major dislike would be about pricing, it’s quite expensive even though they discount it if you pay on a yearly

I absolutely love Wodify and appreciate how they listen to the customers feedback and since I have been on board they have made many changes to improve the experience and use of software which saves me a lot of time and energy, so I have more time for marketing.

Pros

The lightning fast customer service and all the workflows and additions as well every automation that saves me time as a business owner that is wearing all the hats. I love how seamless and integrated it all is, with the website and the offerings and account manager that helps me grow my business. They truly strive to help you build up your business.

Cons

The inability to update as much of my website as I would like, however I am not sure that I would necessarily be able to do it on my own with out taking hours out of my day.

Limited functions and I was having payment issues frequently where I was not receiving gym funds online, the software was very limited especially sign in options and responses to customer service options were very slow.

Overall experience has been good and easy. Since ive signed up all has been easy and they have been helpful the entire time.

Pros

The customer service and support will be top things i like the most. Since ive signed up wodify has been helpful.

Cons

As of right now no complaints, everything is pretty simple. Wodify has made it easy to set up and answer all questions.

Great! I've been with the company for over a decade—maybe one of the first to use them. I'm very happy with the customer service and all of the innovations they constantly bring. Five stars!

Pros

Great customer service and an all-around great product!

Cons

Every once in a while, a system upgrade temporarily slows or makes the system nonresponsive. I think most tech platforms are the same, though.
