The positives it brings outweighs the workflow impedances. It was a major upgrade from the system that we were using prior to this one. They are responsive to inquiries and are consistently attempting to improve upon the platform. Pros I like that Wodify has a easy to use GUI, and can be utilized for multiple different purposes. It can help keep a business organized from keeping inventory to chatting with clients directly. Cons Some minor workflow issues can slow down the process. One example is not being able to click on a client's profile from the class schedule. Another is that the website tab doesn't update with the current information at times.
