Love how this site has other tabs to add more information and communication!

Pros

Easy and colorful to use. It's so nice to have sections for comments and to cheer fundraiser's on!

Cons

No problems at all really. Maybe make the individual page link easier to the main fundraiser page by having a more visible tab.

Overall the support has been exceptional

Pros

Able to easily upload pictures, modify the home page. If I have a senior moment the staff is quick to respond

Cons

Would like to have the option to select a cause, then have a sub-window open with various amounts. Example...select "school science lab" then have a box open to select 25, 40, 100 dollars or select your own amount

Pros

I like how GiveGab is user friendly for those who wish to make a donation to our organization. There is an ease with sending a link and having individuals make a gift in an easy and fast way.

Cons

I wish there was a way that GiveGab could highlight or flag duplicate accounts. There are some individuals who have donated through the page and have more than one account. Reducing the amount of duplicated would be helpful when it comes to pulling names and running reports.

Easy access for our supporters and we were able to market during Giving Tuesday.

Pros

It is very easy to read and understand and we are happy about that because we are able to easily direct our supporters to our case.

Cons

It is a little difficult to edit your information. I had a hard time remember how to edit certain stuff or where to click to edit different sections.

Easy way to fund raise for a special cause like Giving Tuesday.

Pros

It is easy to maneuver and change things once you have set them up. Next year will be even better. 3rd times a charm. I would definitely use the product again.

Cons

I found it difficult to change the colors. I just kept the colors I had last year. I didn't have time to do a lot of research.

Pros

It offers many choices for running your fundraiser and gathering volunteers, I like what it has to offer, it's a full package.

Cons

It seems very 'busy' and the popup windows for help are distracting to me.

The customer service and persons I worked with specifically. The software itself was very easy and intuitive.

There were some limits in capacity without having to customize; specifically with “champions” and their pages.

Pros

What I like most is the reason for its existence in the first place. It is a great platform to help raise funds.

Cons

It's not very clear and easy to use and has certain requirements that are annoying. For instance, just submitting this review forced me to write more in order to submit. There should be more freedom and clarity.

We are hoping to shore up some financial shortfalls. Also the marketing of our nonprofit will be enhanced through this effort. The volunteer pages allow for some opportunities as well.

Pros

The pages are colorful and interactive, and allow for a lot of information. The reader should be able to draw a great picture of the organization, hopefully leading to a donation..

Cons

There are too many page options. There were times I could not easily get back to a pages that I needed to amend.

Able to have online fundraising presence and participate in Giving Days

Pros

Ability to customize on my own. Can set up new campaigns when needed. Get all the donor info I want as soon as a donation is made.

Cons

Not set up to use it for mail appeals--which in my organization is what brings in the most money. Also, the fees are pretty expensive.

The software is easy to use, very intuitive to learn and to manage. The donation turnaround time is fast. The site itself is very clean, too.

Cons

It would be helpful to receive email notifications when donations are made to campaigns. It would also be useful to have comparable statistics and donor retention ability.

Pros

From our staff's perspective, GiveGab has excellent customer service and is extremely easy for staff to navigate with minimal training. From the donors perspective, the GiveGab interface is attractive and our donors trust that donations will be processed securely. The data we collect from each donation is easy for us to download and transfer data to our donor database.

Cons

Given that the software is so user friendly, it is less customizable. I would like the option to design my own "Donate" button and my giving day pages (sometimes changing fonts, etc gets glitchy) so more font size, colors, and style options.

It's ease of use and design on it's home page. There's a lot of great features you can add to make it look nice.

Cons

We have the capability to collect donations through our own website and would prefer to send people there instead of a separate page.

I run a non-for-profit serving 600 children with almost no administrative staff. GiveGab makes fundraising easy--you get a professional site where you can set up campaigns with no technical expertise whatsoever. The best thing about GiveGab is the service--someone is always there to help you immediately, and they are persistent and knowledgeable.

Pros

Ease of use; aesthetics; customer service is probably the best I've ever experienced with any product.

Cons

I'd like to have a little more functionality--there are different price levels, and my non-profit doesn't have the resources to afford the next level.
