Cons Wish we had a little more flexibility to export info from the participating nonprofits, but so far we've found ways to work around or get what we need at the registration phase. " June 21, 2018 4.0 Pros The output (the overall form and aesthetic of the final product which donors see) is wonderful. Once its set up, this provides a great platform for the Idaho Gives event. Very robust with many options. Cons I was a new user this year. Our account was already set up from previous years so I did not have the benefit of a tutorial, etc. and previous users were no longer available to help with questions. I was essentially on my own in trying to figure out how it works and set it up for this year's Idaho Gives event. The setup and functionality is not intuitive or user friendly. I had to google a lot in order to figure out how to use things. And when I did find the answer it ended up being located in a very obscure place within the platform. Review Source NB Natalie B. January 29, 2019 5.0 Perhaps the best parts about GiveGab are the customer service for our Giving Day team and the chat bubble function for the participating nonprofits and visitors to the site. We no longer have to field so many questions like we did with the old platform. Give Gab is definitely the way to go. Pros The GiveGab software is so easy to use. With GiveGab's help, our website looks amazing and required much less work on the part of our Foundation's Giving Day team compared to prior years. The participating nonprofits also love the software and the ease with which they could complete their profiles, as well as find the training they need. I also like how I can see other people in my class' hours and their descriptions so that I can find more opportunities from them. It's easy for me to type in my school and see the available opportunities. Cons I don't like how for certain volunteer events you click "sign up" and and there's no time slots available. I could explore different parts of the software without any problems. Cons During the day of I would like to be able to see the leaderboard for the entire participants not just to 100. GiveGab gave us a quick, easy, manageable option to update quickly. Pros Easy to use, fast to get started. Customer service is EXCELLENT. I've used the chat feature a number of times and the response is always fast and helpful. Cons There have been a few situations where I wanted to change something or customize something or include something that wasn't available, however the answer was always that the team would make a note and work on including the feature in the future, which is great.
