At the time of first purchase, I literally had NO IDEA exactly how to create an email that was visually stimulating. Overtime it became possible to use it, but still it has "gremlins." I can't see myself using this much. It's a bummer. Pros The price was extremely affordable for what they offer. Cons The User Interface and User Experience leaves much wanting. Buggy still. I cannot scroll down on my MacBook to see the complete screen material. And though there are quite a bit more templates, they are very basic visually. Basic. Directions are able to be put into English, however the text on graphics cannot. I makes it very difficult to comprehend. Customer service is only email. Today, having a knowledgable BOT just makes sense. Loading is slower than most other apps.
