Customer service has always been excellent! Have upgraded over the years - still like the original program the best but understand how things are always changing.

Pros

Great program and great customer service. Would highly recommend it for tracking packages coming and going.

Cons

Times out and have to log back wish we could have it never time out and stay open during business hours

We have been using Paklog for over 15 years. The program runs smoothly now, after some glitches in the data base that required significant intervention from your techs, and some manual re-entry. Support has been very good throughout.

Pros

Ease of use Features like email notifications. Consistency, few down problems Excellent support.

Cons

No customizable printing ticket dimensions. Backup goes to a predetermined file location, It would be convenient if the backup address is established by the user. Deleting not always works, our database is quite large. No new relevant features for a postal store.

Love the software

Pros

Easy to use; Can easily & quickly search history; No annual subscription fees!

Cons

When PakLog times out, it does NOT automatically refresh to the log-in page. So you cannot tell whether you are logged in or not. So you think you can do a search in PakLog thinking you are still logged in. When you enter the search, PakLog looks like it took your command but after a few seconds later PakLog kicks you out to the sign in page. This happens often on a daily basis. LOL!

I use the software every day for checking in packages and checking out packages. A learning customers that they have packages available. My customers love it.

Pros

This software is the best that I have seen. Before purchasing this software I’ve researched what is available. I purchased the software and say it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. I love it

Cons

There are times when the updates are hard. But their customer service is great.

Reasons for choosing PakLog

For the cost of this product it gave me what I needed to make my customers happy.

Pros

I liked that we didn't have to manually search for packages, mail any longer. Everything was easily scanned within the system.

Cons

There have been times I've noticed the system would glitch. Some date would suddenly become lost and we have no idea why.
