In short, it is something like the cross between an email a serve and a traditional online forum that is perfect for associations where engagement with apps is extremely challenging. The AI summarization feature is a recent welcome addition as well. Cons There's nothing I really don't like about Gaggle. Switched from [YourMembership](https://www.capterra.com/p/76329/YourMembership/) The traditional list serve was getting hard for an organization our size and we were losing all kinds of community driven intelligence in email inboxes. This gave us a community archive to work with. The forums on YourMembership were archaic.
