Speedydock has saved time and money! Less time on the telephone with customers!

Pros

Very user friendly, staff and consumer like the ease of use and choices.

It does exactly what we needed / wanted it do for us here, All of our other company locations & Most importantly it works great for scheduling all of the needed launches for the Customer in our GOODHUE Boat company's Customer data base. This includes all Summer/Winter Boat Storage Cust, Boat Repair Cust, Dock Side Boat Slip Rental Cust. & Anyone that is enrolled in our Summer Valet/Storage launch program.

Pros

The Customizing & Adaptability of this system is absolutely awesome! The ability to make any changes within the system to make it operate in a customized manor for the user or location the way you want it to is a winner. You don't have to adapt your company's way of operating for this system, You simply set it up in the way you want it to operate for that user or location. once it is set up and the system has been customized for your specific application in the way you need it to be for the specific Marina you are done. It has Operated for us the way we wanted it to flawlessly for Well over a full year now & we have no plans to look at or change the scheduling systems in the near future. We are all happy with the way it has worked for our 4 different GOODHUE boat company Marina's and all the customer's have shared there love of the online scheduling options it has offered them.

Cons

The only complaint i have had is some information that we pulled from our DMS system (lightspeedEVO) The customer's information did not always go in to Speedydock correctly & Unless you look at or see every customer one at a time you would not be aware of that information being incorrect at that time. The info being incorrect it is not the fault of Speedydock but the way it was originally put in to the DMS system originally, The Speedydock program just takes all the information in the upload in the format That The DMS has the customer info recorded. Phone numbers no spaces, The Customers First name Recorded on the wrong line ect. If any numbers or information is Incorrect or its Missing some of the boat/customer information it will just receive what is provided form DMS Customer database but will not inform you of any of the incorrect or missing info that was uploaded for any of the customers. You will have to do some checking to find that all out on your own over time. ( Other than that little set back we have loved it.)

It saves us time and silly arguments caused by forgetting to launch boats

Pros

It has given us the ability to have customer request there boats out of high and dry themselve. These requests go directly to the person in charge of launching and it has eliminated miscommunications from the service advisor to the launcher. This also provides a record of who launches and pulls the boat. It helps us with winter storage as well. We can track which of our 5 storage locations the boats are in. Any issue we have had has been corrected almost immediately by the tech support, even on weekends. We can now track the boats easier using a barcode system.

Better organization, saved time for staff, reduced errors

Pros

Was easy for my staff to learn, the drivers love the leaderboard, and customers like the app. When we wanted to change a few things, the SpeedyDock support was quick to respond and implement

Cons

Still growing, so have to be patient for more features to be added on. Seems to be headed in the right direction.
