Overall for the price and value we are very happy. Definitely recommend. Im sure some of the features that need improvement with get better with time

Integrations available to different platforms, AR management process, Sales Dashboard, Overall great value for all the features it has. Best thing is they listen to customers on new feature request and constantly improving it. Also love they have all tire data loaded in

Cons

Glitches and delays sometimes in the multilocation data share. General Ledger, and Ecom b2b site is very dated and needs update. the DVI functionality is dated and not as robust as some of the other software's i have demoed

Autofluent was not up to the technology of what was in the market. The Feature updates took forever to do with them. No Tire Data, AR statement process was poor compared to market. Also cost was per user and it was getting expensive while we grew

### "Great System, Setup Team Not So Great"

The system is great and we are excited to use it but I am strongly questioning if we would have made the switch knowing the difficulty and hardships we would endure in the setup process that is STILL not completely finalized. We were initially scheduled to go live 4/1 and it is now mid-July.

Pros

I really like the reporting and inventory management within the system. We have a ;arge inventory that is difficult to manage, and Tire Guru makes it easier. The reporting coupled with advanced accounting helps greatly on the management side.

Cons

The setup process has been extremely difficult. I was surprised to find such a lack of leadership and organization within the setup process. I have found one helpful person on the setup team, but there is no single person I can go to to get answers on all questions. We are constantly waiting to hear back on issues with setup and I find myself directing the setup team when I feel that it should be the other way around. One person on the IT side of setup messed up our inventory multiple times and has frustrated me with his lack of work ethic to the point that I requested he be removed from my setup team. This process would be far easier if it were more organized. Customers should be given a checklist with all features needed or some way of explaining their specific needs so that all aspects can be integrated/ "turned on" in a timely and efficient manner. It seems that there is a lack of organization, communication, experience and effective leadership within the setup teams.

Tire Master was an antiquated system that lacked a majority of the features in Tire Guru (inventory management, reporting, accounting, etc.). We also got a better price through a connection.

We adopted TG from previous ownership and then obviously did things the way they taught us to do it only to find out 8 years later than we were doing it completely wrong and had zero training or assistance to fix that. The "help" videos are so outdated that it doesn't even look remotely close to how it does now.

Pros

Nothing really. I truthfully cannot think of any. Maybe the pricing?

Cons

Zero integration, Zero support, and cluttered mess.

Overall experience is good. Uses it frequently and finds it much better than the other system we migrated from.

Pros

It's easy to use; your service department is very accessible and responsive; and weaknesses are constantly improved. The monthly cost is also affordable.

Cons

There are reporting redundances that can be streamlined and software glitches appear occasionally.

Pros

I like all the marketing options and the inspections. i also like the inventory and point of sales layout

Cons

not being able to reopen po and invoices is a pain when a mistake has been made. also there are to many reports and very confusing to read sometimes

### "Officially Recommending Tire Guru"

The support staff is amazing when it comes to trouble shooting. I do wish there was someone on the support team who specializes in financials just when it comes to assisting us in keeping our books in order but other than that the application is extremely easy to learn and use.

Pros

I appreciate how easy it is when it comes to the accounting functions for our admin team. The reports we can pull allow us to track and compare our bank to our books and allows us to see in different perspectives how our business is functioning financially.

Cons

For our admin team I truly have very little cons to complain about. The only thing I wish was easier was seeing everything that hits the G/L when looking at our bank recon. For example when we make transfers of money to different bank accounts you cant see it on the bank recon you have to go pull the interactive G/L which just takes extra time and sifting versus just pulling up the bank recon and see money being taken in/out.
