Pros

DocFlite has sped up our quoting process. We used to spend quite a large amount of time on managing a quote from start to finish, often going back and forth with our managers to obtain various bits of information. However, with DocFlite it takes less time and has made it so much easier for our managers to get information across in a way in which no information is missed out and quotes get across to clients promptly in more of a professional manner.Also, with the brilliant help provided by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], we've created workflows that allow account managers to approve quotes before they get to clients to avoid errors and minimise revisions.Looking forward to solving other document process challenges in the near future with DocFlite - would definitely recommend!

I'd advise to put a caption, so you can add multiple recipients. Make it clear that email has to separated via a comma and not a semi-colon.

The transition from my old way of working was seamless and I certainly see the benefits of the system

I can have multiple templates to suit the range of services we offer. My previous quoting was done on word and often important information was missed, especially when I was up against a tight deadline. With quote on site, I can be confident that the templates include all the relevant information and requirements to carry out the work effectively and efficiently.The time saved is a major bonus which cancels out the cost of the service.

Capital have now been using the Quote Management Software services from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] for over two and half years and been blown away with the software and integration of Quote on Site into our overall IT system. I would say that it’s the ‘Ronseal’ of the document management cloud-based systems as in "It does exactly what it says on the tin"Our business has grown and the time in producing and on boarding our clients has drastically improved down to using the software. We truly value the partnership and support that QoS gives Capital and l would have no hesitation in recommending the software along with the back office support that QoS delivers 365 days of the year.

we will be looking to integrate QoS into our CRM Monday.com but have not done this as yet.

Great service from the team and they’re constantly developing and improving their service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing support with proposals in their business.

Pros

It makes my life easy by giving me time back in my business. I can get in with other business related tasks while I spend less time on my proposals. It’s easy to use, presents my pricing professionally and helps me understand my client better with the new workflow additions.

Cons

I initially started to use QOS for invoicing but it didn’t have built in payment processing. I know simply use QOS for sales only and not billing/accounts.

Ease of use and the fact we can add tech sheets and sales literature with ease to each quote. Also love the fact the client can click and sign the quotation and everything is recorded.

One fixed cost for a product on the system. Then having to add different discounts to multiple clients on the quote on site system.

Easy to use. Not complicated. All info can be stored in the system

Once you do quote...the writing gets put in a paragraph and not by bullet point

very easy to use, you can just set templates and just fill in what is needed.

Pros

ease of use, also the great customer service.

Cons

Sometimes you have to refresh the document so the SKU'S are reflected on the final document

Pros

From beginning to end the process of arranging a quote is trouble free

Cons

For my uses there are no major cons. My only issue is the lack abillty to be able to create a new quote form the home screen.

Pros

Speed to issue a quote. Saves the company lots of time and standardises our quotes

Cons

Pdf'ing quotes the format is irregular, the images overlap onto other sheets, and presentation of it isn't great

User friendly, relyble.

Pros

Great comunication with client on presenting and approving quotes. Reporting/dashboears verry usefull.

Cons

no serten stoppers preventing form quotes being sent out without internal approvals, acepting quotes manualy without client approivals.
