Pros \- Most part of the UI is very intuitive and slick. - You can have a quick tracking of your package. - The tool is very good to communicate with the team and work as a integrated team with contractors and client. - The mobility app is that we need to track deficiencies and do observations. - The Pharonyx team is pro-active, adaptive, listen to our needs and delivered new development sprint every 2 weeks. Il s’agit vraiment d’une application complète très efficace permettant d’optimiser le temps de gestion de projet, la documentation de projet et la documentation et le suivi des déficiences et des surprises qui peuvent survenir en cours de projet et qui peuvent nécessiter un changement en chantier. L’application est complétée d’une équipe disponible et compétente pour assister le nouvel utilisateur dans l’intégration de K-Ops dans son organisation et ses projets. Further more, I closed them on time and on budget! Pros I really liked its friendly and easy-to-use interfaces. I used all features and it really helped me to have a constant overview on my construction projects, from my office. K-Ops was the window I need to keep an eye on what happened at the field work. Cons I have nothing to tell regarding the software itself. But I would say that resistance to change is a problem! It was difficult to ask people to change their work habits and use the software systematically. K-Ops saved me lots of time and kept all the information well organized. Pros It made me more effective when working on site. I was able to contact specific resources within the project and assign them tasks or follow up open issues and observations. It was very user friendly and I liked the user interface. Cons At the beginning I was not able to upload pictures from my phone, so I had to take the pictures from the app. This was annoying and time consuming. However, the problem was fixed.
