Cons Gantt behaviour, performance when switching screens, select flexibility without use of AND+OR conditions, new scrum security (a customer could see info from other customer). Resource management for big projects/teams doesn't work, we need something like agile resource management+%assignee each week in each project. Easy Project allows us to isolate developments and deadlines that depend on each other. We use it basically (kanban and tasks) because we do not have enough resources to additionally manage the tool's configuration. It meets our needs very well today. Pros The tool is straightforward and can adapt to multiple project views (kanban, scrum, planning, etc.). It can be configured for different types of users: Business, Project, Development, Management. It is easy to deploy and can be adapted quite simply for basic task tracking uses. Cons The tool is simple but can prove to be powerful and very precise. However, it requires a lot of (too much?) time for configuration. And it loses the advantage of being a time saver in project management because it requires at least a part-time person to configure it and ensure its proper reporting. Pros This was my first attempt at finding a software that I could use for both task management and workflow. This software has integrated +Gantt which made it super easy to set up my projects with these templates. Cons It is pretty expensive for a small business. They use Zapier to integrate with third parties. There are a limited number of apps that integrate easily with this app. I don't use Microsoft for everything so I ended up spread out across more apps than I bargained for to suit my needs. It has all the needed features for project management and time tracking, and reporting. Gantt chart and critical path is also available which is great for project management.
