Pros: Honestly, the staff and management actually like using it! I have used many scheduling platforms in my career and it's always pulling teeth to get people to actually use the product to it's full potential. With Dolce, staff can clearly see the advantages and quickly understand how it works.

Cons: This is difficult to answer at this point. When we started using Dolce years ago I would have had a number of challenges that I would say I liked the least, but they have done a great job at responding to feedback and making changes to the platform.

Overall: Dolce solves many challenges with scheduling staff and understanding how your labor works in your business.

Pros: I looked at many scheduling software systems prior to landing on Dolce. It was one of the more expensive options for the size of our business, but they integrated so seamlessly with our POS & offered so much functionality above and beyond scheduling to help simplify tip outs, payrolls, etc. that it felt worth it.

Dolce has not disappointed on the software side, but the true standout has been the customer service. They have listened and responded with solutions & updates for every concern we have had. They, honestly, put every other software's customer service team look bad with how responsive & helpful they are.

Cons: We've had to adjust our setup a few times as we've learned about the options Dolce offers and how we can best manipulate it to work for our needs, but even that has been smooth as our rep has always made himself available to help work out any kinks in the transitions.
