Pros: We chose to use Dolce because it integrated well with our POS system and had the upgraded functions we were looking for in regards to tip outs - tipping support staff, pooling, etc. It has met all of my expectations in regards to functionality, but I've been most impressed with the support. Our rep has been above and beyond helpful. They've created updated and worked out kinks specifically based on our needs and within a timely manner. They react promptly and are there to genuinely make your scheduling and payroll process smoother. I've not experienced this level of customer focused support with any other app or service.

Cons: It's robust and takes training to figure out how to use it well. That said, our rep took the time to walk through it all and did as many follow up trainings as needed. Any time we landed on something new that we didn't know how to solve for, he was on the phone helping us through that as well.

Overall: This is likely one of the best backend investments we've made & our staff loves it as well!

Pros: Honestly, the staff and management actually like using it! I have used many scheduling platforms in my career and it's always pulling teeth to get people to actually use the product to it's full potential. With Dolce, staff can clearly see the advantages and quickly understand how it works.

Cons: This is difficult to answer at this point. When we started using Dolce years ago I would have had a number of challenges that I would say I liked the least, but they have done a great job at responding to feedback and making changes to the platform.

Overall: Dolce solves many challenges with scheduling staff and understanding how your labor works in your business.
