We’ll it’s navigating a giant list with poor spacing and obscure swiping designs.

Pros

Honestly I only use it cause my company requires us to or else I would never use or recommend it.

Cons

The design and the usability. It’s clear they lack ux design and that they never had the end user in mind. It is ugly as all hell and I’ve seen better design practice from high schoolers designing their first website.

Horrible.

Pros

Restaurant managers, do not use this, please. It will slow your process dramatically. Planets away from being user friendly.

Cons

Phone application is horrendous. Nothing but complaints from staff and nothing but headaches for management. DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM.

My overall experience was incredibly poor.

Pros

I like that a lot of things could be managed in one app. So in theory it seems like a great program.

Cons

Pretty much everything. The app and site were not intuitive to use at all, there were so many missing features, and navigating to the pages I needed to get to was incredibly tedious.

Pros

The feature were awesome. Text messaging, reports, customizations on labor settings were indepth.

Cons

It had alot of features and settings which is great, but sometimes it would take awhile to find and adjust them

Overall, very good. We were hesitant to switch services but ended up being very glad that we did.

Pros

Interface is great, integration was easy, was easy to train staff how to understand and use the software. Integration with breadcrumb was also great. Developer support was incredibly hands on with feature requests and custom implementation

Cons

For management setting personal things up like notifications and alerts takes a little bit of time. Occasionally things will hit a snag and will require the page to be refreshed

This is likely one of the best backend investments we've made & our staff loves it as well!

Pros

We chose to use Dolce because it integrated well with our POS system and had the upgraded functions we were looking for in regards to tip outs - tipping support staff, pooling, etc. It has met all of my expectations in regards to functionality, but I've been most impressed with the support. Our rep has been above and beyond helpful. They've created updated and worked out kinks specifically based on our needs and within a timely manner. They react promptly and are there to genuinely make your scheduling and payroll process smoother. I've not experienced this level of customer focused support with any other app or service.

Cons

It's robust and takes training to figure out how to use it well. That said, our rep took the time to walk through it all and did as many follow up trainings as needed. Any time we landed on something new that we didn't know how to solve for, he was on the phone helping us through that as well.

Dolce solves many challenges with scheduling staff and understanding how your labor works in your business.

Pros

Honestly, the staff and management actually like using it! I have used many scheduling platforms in my career and it's always pulling teeth to get people to actually use the product to it's full potential. With Dolce, staff can clearly see the advantages and quickly understand how it works.

Cons

This is difficult to answer at this point. When we started using Dolce years ago I would have had a number of challenges that I would say I liked the least, but they have done a great job at responding to feedback and making changes to the platform.
