Customer support is there to guide you to setup everything up, but for connection issues they took a long time to reply. Dealing with overbookings and their solution to (try) to avoid them seemed a bit finicky and unreliable. I would recommend their software again if either they go back to their old pricing or they really update everything.

Pros

At first, the price but that didn't long last when they decided to double their prices.

Cons

Got a lot of connection issues resulting in overbookings.

Unprofessional and not customer oriented development team. UX is very outdates. Very uncomfortable to use on a phone

Pros

For free and is already implemented. The support is friendly, but does not help if the development team is not customer oriented

Cons

The update of pictures does not function at all. The support is friendly and trying to help. But the development team seems to be very unprofessional and is not able to take care of bugs and performance problems. Since months I am not able to change the pictiúres of the rooms and spent hours trying and calling the support.

Pros

Kindness at the beginning. Staff seamed very helpfull utill they completely disapesred as soon as there was a problem. Price was also good theorically

Cons

All my reservstions set up where cancelled and as soon ad I connected booking sites I had lots of overbookings. I lost money and lots of time trying to settle everything back to normal. No help at all from otelms, everyone simply disappeared

Excellent Product. Lots of functionality. A bit outdated design, however according to the company they should be rolling out new version. Cant be beat on price...
