Cons Put back of inventory from work order can be clunky if there are a lot of items on the work order; Returns for closed jobs to go into general inventory is a struggle if there are many different types of items that were specific to the job. Their tools have helped us run things more efficiently day to day as we continue to explore what other features IM3 has to offer that may be of use to us. Pros One thing we really appreciate is their customer service it's fast, reliable, and always helpful when we need support. Along with the accuracy increase we have seen from both our team members picking orders but also with our general inventory as well. Cons There was a long process to integrate properly from our website and ordering processes to the IM3 platform. After many weeks of testing and research we were able to find the issues to help make the system as accurate as possible.
