I think there would be better solutions which we would be exploring if not in contract with Archdesk. Pros I like that is it fairly user friendly, and that it hold the data for projects in one place and allows everyone to update. Cons I feel like it falls flat on a lot of features, we were promised integration with Sage when sold this software, but this never fully happened. It can be a bit long winded to update, and it creates a lot of double entry for us. I feel like it was sold as a great solution however it feels quite mediocre.
