Buena trazabilidad de los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en todos los equipos de la empresa.

Pros

Su interfaz intuitiva y la aplicación móvil son excelentes. Permite a los técnicos gestionar órdenes de trabajo en tiempo real y desde cualquier lugar, lo que mejora muchísimo la comunicación y elimina el uso de papel. La visualización del estado de los activos es muy clara.

Cons

La curva de aprendizaje inicial para configurar reportes muy personalizados puede ser un poco alta al principio. Sería ideal que incluyeran más plantillas predeterminadas para ciertas industrias.

Mi experiencia con la plataforma aún es limitada, ya que actualmente estoy en proceso de aprendizaje. Sin embargo, durante este tiempo he podido ver el potencial que tiene la herramienta para organizar y mejorar la gestión de mantenimiento, y espero seguir explorando más funcionalidades conforme vaya adquiriendo mayor experiencia con el sistema.

Pros

Lo que más me gustó de Fracttal es la posibilidad de unificar y optimizar varios procesos dentro de una sola plataforma. Permite gestionar de manera más ordenada áreas como operación, almacén e informes, lo que facilita tener mejor control de la información y mejora la coordinación entre los diferentes procesos de mantenimiento.

Cons

Algo que podría mejorar es la experiencia de usuario. En algunos apartados la plataforma es bastante fácil de usar, pero en otros puede volverse un poco enredada o menos intuitiva. Además, el área de ayuda podría ampliarse para cubrir más funciones o situaciones, lo que ayudaría a los nuevos usuarios a resolver dudas con mayor facilidad.

Me parece muy dinámico, didáctico y proactivo a manera de crecer el proceso de mantenimiento,con algunas falencias que se deben intervenir lo más pronto

Tener todo a un clik ,organizar el proceso,la entrada y salida de herramientas, controlar los kpi y tener seguridad de que mis documentos están proteidos

Cons

En ocasiones se han presentado fallas recurrentes los cuales retrasan y su demora en solucionarlos.

utilizo la plataforma para operar y gestionar una gran cantidad de equipos hvac (climatización )y es una maravilla por el Orden y la planificación.

La facilidad de entrar a la plataforma de diferentes móviles, lo fácil que es utilizar cada contenido

Cons

A la hora de no guardar o editar cualquier orden en proceso se elimina lo ya avanzado y hay que volver a colocar lo escrito .

Comecei em um novo emprego, e o sistema adotado pela empresa é o Fracttal, onde foi meu primeiro contato com a ferramenta, mas que gostei bastante do desempenho e da grande quantidade de recursos.

Pros

Da versatilidade dos módulos do sistema. Ex: As opções de escolhas das Os. Texto, Sim ou Não entre outros.

Cons

Não teve um ponto específico, mas eu senti que o sistema poderia ser melhor no que diz respeito a rapidez em calcular os tempos de MTTR e MTBF quando alterado o item.

Mi experiencia general con Fracttal One ha sido muy buena. Estamos empezando pero cre que la herramienta facilitará la organización del mantenimiento, mejora el control de activos y permite una comunicación más fluida entre los equipos de trabajo.

Pros

Me ha gustado mucho que la plataforma sea muy intuitiva, fácil de usar y que permita gestionar los activos y mantenimientos de forma eficiente, ahorrando tiempo y mejorando la productividad del equipo.

Cons

.Hasta ahora, lo único que podría no tenge,en general el sistema funciona bastante bien y cumple con lo esperado.

Me parece que es una excelente herramienta de trabajo ya que nos permite a los encargados de Mantenimiento ser mas efectivos en el cumplimiento de nuestro rol. Ofrece muchas muchas funciones en cuanto a la implementacion del Plan de Mtto., monitoreando su progreso y agregando valor a su mejora continua.

Pros

Es un software muy interesante y completo que facilita el trabajo en los diferentes procesos de la gestion de Mantenimiento.

Cons

Sinceramente hasta ahora no le he encontrado desventajas o contras al software. Sin embargo, siempre se puede mejorar.

5 años gestionando realmente mantenimiento y ha hecho que tanto la empresa cono yo evolucienemos de manos dadas

Pros

Muy amigable , realmente su soporte técnico muy rápido en cualquier circunstancia , y siempre están dispuestos a colaborar y le dan fiel seguimiento

Cons

Eliminar el logo empresarial en Fracttal one , me parece que con logo es mucho más atractivo , estoy seguro que nuestra opinión es buena y valiosa

Fue una grata expereciencia que me ayudo a entender más el mundo de la gestión de mantenimiento, de un vistao general, si bien requirió una buena sesión de parametrización al inicio, después el seguimiento diario se volvió simple y medible.

Pros

Lo facil que es aprender a usarla y como se relaciona todo, es increíble lo integrada que está: en pocas horas armé activos, planes preventivos y OTs

Cons

La configuración inicial lleva tiempo: definir jerarquías de activos, ubicaciones y planes preventivos requiere mucha carga de datos. Algunas personalizaciones de reportes/KPIs quedan limitadas si no se contrata un plan superior.
