Mi experiencia general con Fracttal One ha sido positiva. Es una herramienta útil para digitalizar y mejorar la gestión de mantenimiento, especialmente en el control de activos y órdenes de trabajo. La plataforma permite pasar de controles manuales o planillas a un sistema más ordenado, trazable y práctico. Considero que aporta valor en áreas industriales porque mejora la planificación, el seguimiento de actividades y la organización del trabajo diario.

Pros

Lo que más me gustó de Fracttal One es su facilidad de uso y su buena interfaz de usuario, ya que permite trabajar de forma ordenada y clara. La plataforma ayuda mucho en la gestión de órdenes de trabajo, permitiendo crear, asignar, controlar y hacer seguimiento de actividades de mantenimiento. También facilita revisar activos, responsables, fechas, evidencias e historial de intervenciones, lo que mejora el control diario del mantenimiento.

Cons

Lo que menos me gustó es que al inicio puede requerir un periodo de adaptación para conocer bien todas sus funciones. Algunas opciones de configuración, reportes o carga de información pueden tomar tiempo si la empresa no tiene los datos bien organizados desde antes. También sería ideal que algunas funciones relacionadas con órdenes de trabajo fueran más simples para usuarios nuevos.

Estoy contento de volver a utilizar una herramienta digital para la gestión de mantenimiento, distinta pero con mayor facilidad de manejo

La facilidad de utilización y la versatilidad de su menú para la gestión de activos, tiempo adecuado de capacitación para abordar la mayor parte de su menú y determinadas aplicaciones

Cons

Un poco la dificultad (confuso) del manejo de almacenes y la vinculación con otras plataformas, quedó inconcluso el manejo de las existencias

su versatilidad y adaptabilidad a las exigencias que un plan de mantenimiento puede requerir, su interfaz es bastante intuitiva

Cons

en general aun no encuentro contras, pero con el tiempo de uso quizás pueda aportar algo a la mejora de este sistema.

Principalmente me a ayudado en la optimizacion de procesos y procedimientos, los cuales ayudan a una toma de desiciones correcta a futuro y tambien sirve para poder estandarizar procesos en diferentes ambitos, ademas que con estas estandarizaciones se puede lograr un flujo de trabajo mas optimo y reducir tiempos importantes que nos entregan ventanas de ejecucion mas optimas y ordenadas.

Pros

Principalmente lo que mas destaco de fracttal one, es su versatilidad y confort al momento de realizar procedimientos, ademas que ayuda a la toma de decisiones futuras, gestion de pedidos, gestion de tiempo, etc.

Cons

No cuento con alguna desventaja que deba menciona, principalmente porque el soporte siempre esta al tanto de los requerimientos y/o mejoras que surjan en el camino para la misma plataforma y su funcionalidad.

Para un profesional que desea hacer cambios e innovación en el área de Mantenimiento es importante que la Planificación se encuentre bien estructurada, es allí donde veo que Fractal One es muy completo y tienes muchos beneficios que ayudaría bastante a los puestos de Supervisión y Planifacación de Mantenimiento.

Pros

Fractal One es muy completo para mi, pero el apartado que mas me gusto fue el tema de asignación de recursos y la facilidad de poder usarlo.

Cons

Actualmente en Mantenimiento, puede existir 2 o mas Ordenes de trabajo que están asociadas a una maquina y la intervención puede ser de 2 a 3 técnicos, la cual me gustaría poder ver ello en Fracttal One mas adelante.

Es una experiencia muy buena , debido a que se puede tener acceso a los activos y sus indicadores de rendimientos kpis.

Pros

La facilidad con la que se pueden programar los mantenimientos tanto predictivos como correctivos dentro de la empresa donde me encuentro trabajando

Cons

Hay ocasiones que no se pueden guardar las ots con fotos , demora en cargar cuando se da el caso en mantenimientos largos.

He experimentado e investigado sobre Fracttal One solo desde videos e información comercial donde me he informado detalladamente de sus funciones de gestión de activos.

Pros

Me parece un software bastante intuitivo y almacena una interfaz personalizable que facilita la visualización rápida de los activos y los planes de mantenimiento.

Cons

Por el momento no existe nada negativo que pueda comentar respecto a este punto, ya que considero que cumple bien con lo que promete en sus demostraciones.

Bajo mí experiencia creo que es una herramienta que facilita y mejora la calidad en mi trabajo, me permite realizar las tareas de una manera más confiable y rápida.

Pros

Excelente explicación sobre el uso de las herramientas que otorga Fracttal para facilitar y disminuir tiempos muertos en el trabajo.

Cons

Poca interacción con los participantes, poco tiempo para responder preguntas durante y luego de la clase.

Cómo alumno he quedado muy satisfecho y me gustaría implementarlo en la industria en donde me desenvuelvo.

Pros

Soy Ingeniero en Sistemas Automatizados y he podido participar en el curso del GMAO Fractal One. Quiero mencionar que es un software muy amigable en su Interfaz de Usuario, permitiendo una configuración y gestión de Ordenes de trabajo adaptable a cada industria y proceso industrial. Desde el punto de vista de configuración garantiza la gestión de los pedidos e informes.

Cons

Fractal es un GMAO amigable y muy completo. Lo que puede resultar intimidante es la cantidad de parámetros a configurar y opciones de enrutamiento.
