The tool is amazing and provides very good customer experience and the support from Parkalot is outstanding. We are now considering deploying this across other offices in other countries. Pros Parkalot is a great tool for us, it provides an easy to manage user interface. Both admins and users have had very positive experiences with the user experience. The ability to upload maps and define the parking spaces significantly increases user experience as it allows our users to visualize parking spaces. Cons The tool gives us all we need from a business perspective. The key area of opportunity for the tool might be to allow/simplify the process to change the main admin account. We were not able to do it ourselves via the admin portal and had to email support to do it. While Parkalot was great in support and was able to make the change, it would be much more efficient to allow users to perfom this. Regarding the challenges with changing the main admin, we understand that it was less convenient to do this through our customer support, but we're happy we were able to help you quickly. For future issues like this, you can also add another user to the main admin's account as a proxy. By doing so, you grant all main admin permissions to the proxy, which should be sufficient to perform all the highest-level operations. Which then evolved to using in a real life scenario and everything works exceptionally well. Pros Parkalot has been a great solution for our businesses parking management. Cons The worst thing about parkalot has not been the system itself, it is unfortunately the age old problem of people not using a system.
