Pros: Very Cheap

Easy to administrate

Has SPAM and malware protection

Simple GUI and does not require alot of additional setup and integrations.

Overall if you are looking for a simple email platform at a relatively cost effective rate, then this is a great product.

Cons: It is simple but there are some nuances that you have to be aware of. This can be challenging, but their support is good. This isn't one of the big players, but for the right niche market, it is a good platform.

Pros: It's an inexpensive, Windows based, alternative to Exchange. There's a good amount of available features.

Cons: Continual issues with individual mailboxes and the IceWarp plugin would cause me to have to re-create Outlook profiles repeatedly. Support, while responsive, would give me the same canned answers every time, either update this or re-create that. Despite having the same issue repeatedly we were never able to hone in on what the root of the problem was. After 2+ years of struggle I was finally forced to drop IceWarp and migrate my customer base to AppRiver at my expense.
