The thing that I really love about IceWarp is regarding about on how you can compose email with ease and send email to different clients.
I love how the actual application looks like when logging in, since I will be monitoring email from time to time.
Recent Epos release delivered a bunch of enhancements which I personally like a lot, like attachments tracking, modern webmail and modern look. Happy user for 3 years already.
Easy to manage both for the mail part, imap smtp pop3, excellent remote account management features, excellent webmail, very complete.
Cons
You cannot search emails. Support is useless and waste your time but they will not solve your issues.
The thing I dislike about Icewarp is the size of the font it's not pleasing to the eyes.
Sometime, If you send the OTP using Icewarp there is delay.
I haven't found anything that could be considered a defect.
"Very well developed web server, very-experienced support and good prices "
Pros: - well developed- contains many features including Team Chat, Calendar, Web Docs (you can work in rt with your workmates)- experienced and helpful support- wide variety of plans
Cons: - isn't so popular despite the fact that is the good alternative for Outlook- sometimes it's hard to change particular settings or define a rule- no data centre in my country
"Affordable and modern collaboration ecosystem "
Pros: I have been looking at different options to run my private mail server with on premise setup so I could have a full control over data. Icewarp was a definite winner on my shortlist by the number of features offered at a decent cost. Even though in my use scenario conferences and chat are not used, this could be a great feature for others. Icewarp is not only about mail server, it offers a comprehensive collaboration ecosystem with video conferences, team chat, cloud storage and some other perks.I personally like Documents webservice and cloud sharing features offered by icewarp 9n top of mail.Recent Epos release delivered a bunch of enhancements which I personally like a lot, like attachments tracking, modern webmail and modern look.Happy user for 3 years already!
Cons: On premise implementation could be a little tricky, especially when it comes to MYSQL backend setup, but once it's done, everything just works!Anyway, customer service is great and they are ready to help
"Loose you patience and peace of Mind"
Overall: Not recommended. Support is worse. Most of the time their email server is down. Emails are in your outbox for more than an hour before sending.
Pros: The conference, Features of Desktop Client, and Tags feature are good to search if the server is not down.
Cons: Buy this IceWarp if you want to loose your patience and peace of mind. I am Using Icewarp Desktop client and always server is not available. i have to write email and it will be in outbox for an hour. You cannot search emails. Support is useless and waste your time but they will not solve your issues.

Overall: Over a decade of daily use, very satisfied with product and compary.
Pros: Ease of use and reliability. Quick and efficient support.
Cons: Dashboard is not totally for my tastes.
"A great collaborations system"
Overall: A great collaborations system, simple to use and with a high security level. Conferences and document online editing are better than Microsoft and Google with a better price.And the TeamChat are fantastic!
Pros: Collaboration features like documents online editing, conferences and TeamChat (online discussion groups like whatsapp but with data stored in private datacenter).Secutiry level is very high.
Cons: Mobile apps need to be improved for documents online editing.
