Pros: Very easy to use, excellent template builder and very rich interaction data. We have been using Zulu eDM in all six countries and are delighted that we chose Zulu eDM over all the others we evaluated.

What we love the most is how we have been able to connect the FACT CRM with Zulu eDM via API Calls. The Zulu Team was very supportive and continue to add more functionality as we request them to. This integration has reduced manual work/duplication to almost zero and given us amazing control and visibility over our global operations. We sometimes wonder how we managed without Zulu eDM all these years.

We are now able to view the Email Templates created in Zulu directly from FACT CRM and even fire campaigns directly from within FACT CRM. By proactively engaging with us, Zulu is also acquiring new customers who wish to benefit from the same control and productivity increases our company is experiencing.

Zulu's proactive approach to making us DMARC compliant helped keep our domain reputation very high.

Cons: While the software under the hood is amazingly string, the interface could be improved. We are told that their new version is being released very soon. We are keenly looking forward to it.

Overall: We operate almost entirely from within the FACT CRM now. No need to jump from one system to another. As soon as we create an Email Template in Zulu, it becomes visible in our CRM and we are even able to launch campaigns from within FACT CRM. True integration!

This has resulted in 100% control and a huge productivity increase in our global operations.

Thank you so much for the review. We do our best to ensure the best possible outcomes from any messaging especially email. As you know clients often achieve in excess of 50% open rates. This mainly occurs when they join our Trusted (Email) Sender Program.
Of course with DMARC and the results taken care of our total focus is on the UX / UI experience moving to Material Design we have supplied a video of the 2018 experience for your convenience.
Finally for the year was the Google Analytics Multi-Channel Visibility project brining email, QR Codes and just about any campaign medium into the analytical spotlight. It's a free app again on the material design concepts.

Pros: Ease of use. Powerful yet simple. Enough design options and elements to satisfy most everyone. Lots of back-end statistics and new action menus.

Cons: Switching screens to full size when wanting to save content.

Overall: We've been using the Zule eDM platform for many years and found it to be a very valuable marketing tool. Recently we were invited to try the new drag'n'drop Zulu edm platform. Not being an IT-savvy person I was a bit apprehensive leaving the old WYSIWIG platform which I was so familiar with. But two hours later I was converted. The platform is very powerful and easy to use. After an hour I was having all kinds of fun designing an email campaign. Try this! Try that! Wow wow wow! It's surprisingly simple to create a great-looking email campaign.

Getting anything to function easily without unnecessary complications is a very hard task to do these days but Zulu eDM have done it. Congratulations and thank you!

Hopefully we have also made the transition to the DMARC driven Trusted Email Sender program an affordable process.

When looking at the email authentication changes a few years ago we thought of clients like Renegade Cycles in Lane Cove and how un-affordable DMARC would be as well as unfair. However moving you on to Trusted Sender in the New Year and our Auto Email Reputation Builder will see you back above 50% open rates once again and that with your targeted campaigns should translate to more business.

Comments: I have used this browser based software for the past year. Really love the functionality and features it has to offer. On the downside, it takes a little training but once I got the hang of it, it's all smooth sailing. Awesome tool for my sales team to review all marketing and campaign data.
