"Simple & easy to use! Very user-friendly"

**Pros:** It's simple and easy to send SMS. And it's also easy to add new contacts.

**Cons:** I don't like that it limits the amount of characters to use. Wish you didn't have to use up characters as part of a link; wish that could be in a separate field.

"Great Value & Support is Outstanding"

**Overall:** Overall, the software does a good job. There are some glitches but some are out of their control. The support I've received from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been excellent.

**Pros:** The ability to create a coupon landing page

**Cons:** The coupon landing page had glitches and some content may not get past certain carriers and one of my campaigns did not deliver well. I feel there should be the ability to flag keywords or products that can create delivery issues in the set up process.
