The cards system was easy to use and flexible, being the only complain (in the first version) the email notifications. Pros When it was launched I was thrilled about all the features and flexibility of the app. The management of projects was really intuitive and the interface was clean and easy to use. Cons The worst thing about the first version were the notifications. It was impossible live with some many email in my inbox. There was no way to change that in the settings. Later, they launched version 2 of the app and I stopped using it. The interface changed too much and wasn't intuitive at all. This was the reason to switch to Meistertask. Pros It's really easy to streamline this software. You can easily set it up, and get going in minutes. It's instinctive, too; so if you're familiar with a computer, there's no long training that needs to go with it. That's really nice. Additionally, you can also create simple descriptions. Cons I wish you could adjust the color on the background. Workep is a good project manager where we can choose three working methodologies: lists, kanban and gantt. Due to the integration of the Google Suite, it is much easier for us to keep our documents in order and shared with the right people. Before using Workep, we had all of our documents across different accounts and it made it very hard to find what we were looking for. Since using Workep, I am able to use the search bar to find exactly what I am looking for in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend using Workep to help keep you and your coworkers on track. I did not have to do anything technical. I just registered with my Google account and I had everything integrated into my projects like documents and calendar events. The interface is so easy to use, it's like an app designed by Google. Finally, Workep automates a lot of manual tasks like creating an automatic folder in Drive for each project, putting tasks on my calendar, and allowing my team to have hangouts calls very quickly. I feel like I work on my projects faster now. Pros Workep is truly a beautiful place to run projects. The integration of the Google Apps allows users to keep files organized in Google Drive, tasks synchronized with the calendar, have video conversations with Hangouts and much more. Additionally, it automates tasks, uses a comprehensive search bar and easy to read Gantt chart. Cons They are starting, they need to develop a lot of necessary features.
