I think this software is great. While no software is perfect, I have not found too many red flags with the program. I am able to do everything I need to do to make my job easier.

Pros

I like the ease of use for me entering sales and purchase orders. Other systems are overly complicated and not user friendly but SOS inventory is totally different.

Cons

I work for a small business (in size) but the cost of this software is more expensive than other software programs

All of my time spent working working with SOS Inventory has been easy, they've been more seamless to work with other softwares, and they make inventory management way, way easier.

Pros

Ease of use, variety of use, and customer service response are all 10/10, if you ever come across issues or have questions,the SOS Inventory support team is incredibly receptive and helpful.

Cons

I believe they're working towards it right now, but no support for mobile platforms can handicap usage when you're in the field or away from your desk.

It was a steppingstone but if I were to do it again, I would not use this system. I would go from the beginning with a more robust and integrated option with our shipping and Shopify.

Pros

It will help you organize your SKU's and production process for components to "bundles"

Cons

Such a manual system. Had to implement as stand alone and could never it get it fully integrated. putting SKU's in multiple systems created double work. Very little ability to get information out of the system and accuracy is challenging. The SKU to SKU integration is not full proof and we had major issues with getting accurate COGS costs. No landed costs options to add cost layers to the product accurately.

so far, it's been interesting, but, I feel it's going to take care of our needs fabulously after installation is complete, once again, I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\].

so far it looks good, still learning EXCELLENT help from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and all others I spoke with

the transition, was very confusing - but, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was AWESOME with helping me get things going. I would not have been able to use this software if it weren't for him, i would have given up.

QB 2016 was no longer supported, I woke up to not being able to use my QB, so we decided to go with QBonline, not realizing it wouldn't take care of our inventory - went into the apps on QBO, and found your app, decided to call and discuss, and felt it would take care of our inventory needs.

We are a mid sized electrical manufacturing facility and we were looking for an accurate way of tracking components and assemblies. SOS Inventory has made us look better to our customers than our competitors due to item level costing ad the reduction in overstock and drastic reduction in lead times on critical parts.

Pros

SOS Inventory is the perfect bridge between our QuickBooks accounting and true real-time inventory. We have a one system approach to tracking raw materials, work in progress and finished goods with automated reorder points.

Cons

It doesn’t have more advanced manufacturing capabilities such as production scheduling or multi-location automation out of the box. Plus, the UI could use an update.

SOS has been one of my favorite inventory software. The app is really amazing as it is easy to use, it works efficiently. I can recommend it to others !

Pros

\- it is easy to use - Good customer support - Efficient inventory management - Order management is quite simple - it has incredible features - it possesses incredible process and production management

Cons

\- cost , as pricing could be a concern for small businesses - Limited customization - its learning curve for complex features

id say for smaller business this would be an over kill software for a small company than using a tool with simple inventory manager

Pros

Quick Book Integration- at ease synchronization with QuickBooks online offering a full view of the finances in your business. Endless Customization- option to fit it the specific needs of your business operations Advanced Reporting- ability to get in depth reporting about the analyzed sale trends throughout the business.

Cons

Time Consuming- can be challenging for new users High Cost- may be up in price range for small business scale operations. Sync Problems- glitches and delays in the processing of the data with QuickBooks.

SOS Inventory is an invoice management platform that manage not only your sales transactions but it can integrate all monthly sales with your inventory and supply systems.

Pros

They have a variety of shipping methods. My favorite is the DHL option, which allow distributors to ship merchandise worldwide. It also integrates with other apps such as Shopify and Big Commerce.

Cons

I have no complaints about the software.

Pros

We recently switched to SOS Inventory from a much more rudimentary inventory tracking system. We can already tell that it will be a huge improvement and will help us keep our inventory records more accurate. There are a lot of features and ways to customize the product so set-up can take some time, but the user guide is thorough and easy to understand.

Cons

It takes significant training to introduce new users to this system; it is not as intuitive as it could be. The price is also somewhat high for a small organization.

Pros

What's not to like about sos inventory? I love have accurate user friendly software and without hassle . I have it all with sos inventory software.

I had high hopes exploring this resource would save me time each month, but I found the system difficult to navigate so it actually took more of my time.

Pros

The ease of set up was nice, but after that I didn't like much of anything.

Cons

The price was a bit high for a non profit and honestly wasn't comfortable with the platform.

SOS allowed us to fill the inventory management void or accounting software left us with. It really has given us a useful "ERP" at budget prices!

Pros

SOS Inventory has all of the inventory management tools that allow us to turn our cloud based accounting system into a discount ERP.

Cons

Some features of this software are dated. Reporting is there, but it is more difficult to navigate that other tools on the market.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. used the system for years before closing the biz

Pros

Good price in comparison to others, very customizable and integrated. If you are a super advanced user, this is an amazing system. I think we only used about 30% of its capacity

Cons

So very many features and things to point and select that having a pro set it up would be better. One wrong pointer and your whole books are screwed up. Not very intuitive

We now have systems for our small business. We have much more of a handle on cost vs. pricing. We like that the system syncs with our newly acquired QBO accounting system. We may begin to use G Suite because attaching documents seems to make more sense within that system. We have saved time and money and have an entire staff that feels very comfortable using the software.

Pros

This software is easy to navigate and is visually appealing. All functions can be done from the menu bar at top or menu bar down the side. The different aspects of the software are set up in a way that makes sense. The Purchasing Menu includes Vendors, POs, Item Receipts, Returns to Vendors. The Sales Menu includes Customers, Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices, Sales Receipts. Inventory includes Items, Transfers, Serials, Adjustments, Lots. Fulfillment includes Pick Tickets and Shipment. Within SOS, one can create Form Templates and Customer Fields. Within User Administrations privileges can be applied. Also included are Dashboard, Calendar and Reports. Because the system is so robust, we are recognizing, as a customer manufacturer, that inventory is less important to us, but estimates, jobs (we call projects) and the ability to sync with QBO is what we value the most about SOS. The support team at SOS will work with me personally to get our workflow to work within the SOS system. They are so easy to talk with by phone, an email support is also fantastic. I get my questions answered almost immediately. I am very pleased.

Cons

I love this software. I have very little negative to say. Because we are a custom manufacturer, our processes are unique, which makes no software out there perfect for us. Customer support easily worked with us to make SOS fit our workflow. There have been just a few glitches, but the support team immediately gets with their coders to correct these.

Pros

Intuitive, reduces repetitive data entry and phenomenal support team, amazingly responsive and helpful.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about this software. It is robust, intuitive and has incredible support. I wish all software was this incredible.
