Pros: I enjoyed the user-friendly ease of the system. It was easy to learn and allowed a quick way to process documents.

Cons: The turnaround time for customer support to respond to inquiries was too long. Sometimes the applications that needed to be screened froze the entire system due to the amount of unscreened applications.

Overall: Having applications and forms all in one central location.
