You can always contact them to get your questions answered and see if this system is right for your business. They only charge for customization and plugins. Also if you need technical support they will charge reasonable. Pros Open source, Simple and Intuitive interface, I am running a terminal in mac. Cons I was looking for API to integrate my own site.
