Ability to address quickly trends of dissatisfaction. Pros FanExam integrates directly in your web site without requiring any programming skills. Email notifications, Excel export, graphical analysis, everything you need to run NPS surveys on your site. Support is really reactive and even better: helpful. And it's really affordable compared to most NPS alternatives! Cons There is not much that I don't like with Fanexam. If I really have to find something, I wish they would have more options to customize the actual survey design beyond the color and style. Through FanExam Feedbacks, I am improving my quality to satisfy my readers. Pros I love the simplicity of FanExam, how it integrates directly in my website without requiring any programming skills. It is nice that I was given the opportunity to test the software for free before using the paid plan. The amazing thing that user can provide feedbacks and send NPS ratings.
