We integrated Insider into our Garanti BBVA mobile app primarily to manage push notifications and in-app messaging, and the impact has been remarkable. As a team that deals with millions of active app users daily, having a reliable and intelligent push notification infrastructure is non-negotiable — and Insider delivers exactly that.

Pros

What sets Insider apart is how granular we can get with our audience segmentation. We're no longer blasting generic notifications to our entire user base. Instead, we tailor messages based on user behavior, transaction history triggers, and lifecycle stage. The result has been a significant uplift in notification open rates and downstream conversions.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. If I had to nitpick, the initial onboarding and technical integration took a bit more time than we anticipated — connecting Insider to our existing mobile infrastructure required close coordination between our internal dev team and Insider's technical support. Additionally, the reporting dashboard, while informative, can feel slightly overwhelming at first given the volume of metrics available. A more simplified "executive summary" view would be a nice addition for senior stakeholders who just need the top-line numbers quickly. These are minor points though and nothing that has impacted our overall satisfaction with the platform.

Pros

We've been working for Insider for a long time. We can always reach to the team when help is needed. Products are getting improved day by day according to our needs.

Cons

Web & App templates numbers could be more that current number. Also we would like to have POC before we buy any product but sometime it can lead to a conflict.

Despite the technical complexity of launching multi-channel journeys, the process felt effortless thanks to the platform’s smooth integrations and a highly proactive customer success team.

Pros

Fast, easy integration and a flawless Shopify connection. The customer success team is highly proactive, and the Web Suite and Architect tools are indispensable for our workflow. Reporting is very comprehensive, now with AI support in the panel, I can also easily understand the reports.

Cons

Since the platform offers such extensive and powerful tools, it can be a bit overwhelming for beginners. Specifically, mastering all the features to build multi-channel campaigns and complex journey orchestrations requires a significant time investment.

My overall experience has been positive. It’s a solid tool for managing communication and basic marketing tasks. While there’s room for improvement in some features, it generally works well and makes daily tasks easier.

Pros

What I liked most was how easy it is to manage messages and interactions in one place. The interface makes communication smooth, and it helped keep things organized without much effort.

Cons

The part I liked least was that some features could be more intuitive. A few tools felt a bit limited, and there were moments I had to hunt around to find what I needed.

Pros

Insider makes it easy for our team to bring all channels together in one place, from email to WhatsApp and the mobile app, without juggling multiple tools. Architect is very intuitive, so setting up lifecycle flows for abandoned carts, onboarding, or win-back campaigns is quick even for non-technical users. The Platform Suite gives us flexible segmentation, allowing us to target shoppers based on behavior and preferences in real time. The Mobile App Suite helps us keep app users engaged with well-timed push notifications and in-app messages instead of generic promotions. Overall, it helps our marketing team move faster, test new ideas, and personalize at scale.

Cons

Sometimes new features or modules require a bit of a learning curve, and a few interface elements differ between products, but the onboarding and support teams are very hands-on, which reduces friction and helps us get value quickly.

Insider’s Web Suite makes it incredibly easy to manage our customer data across web and mobile channels, all through a unified dashboard that provides a complete view of every interaction. Creating and launching targeted campaigns is simple and intuitive, letting our team quickly engage users with personalized experiences. We’ve seen our conversion rates and customer satisfaction improve thanks to real-time personalization, as the platform dynamically adapts each website experience to visitors’ needs.

Cons

The initial setup process did take some time and needed input from our tech team, but after configuring Insider’s Web Suite, everything has worked smoothly and reliably for our marketing and support efforts. It would also be helpful to have more out-of-the-box integration options for local messaging platforms like SMS and WhatsApp, but the strengths of the system outweigh this minor limitation.

A experiência no geral tem sido ótima, o suporte atende bem e tira todas as dúvidas, correm atrás de formas de resolver as nossas necessidades. O nosso Solutions Architect também faz um trabalho excelente com o time. Acho mediana a questão da facilidade de uso, mas entendo que trata-se de uma plataforma muito completa.

Pros

Gosto da praticidade e agilidade do Suporte ao cliente, envolvendo também, CSM, time de onboarding e Solutions Architect. Todos são muito atenciosos e se preocupam em resolver as questões levadas e adaptar a plataforma ao nosso tipo de negócio.

Cons

Ainda acho um pouco complexa algumas funcionalidades da plataforma. Ex: Architect, racional para segmentação, negativação de base em um disparo específico, acredito que existem formas mais práticas de realizar esses processos hoje em dia.

We used Insider to create unified digital experiences for our customers across all their platforms. Architect allowed our marketing team to trigger contextual journeys based on the actions a user took, This led to higher engagement rates and a seamless transition from web to app.

Pros

1\. The team is able to provide consistent brand experience across web and mobile. 2. It has become easy for us to drive app installs and reactivations using architect tool.

Cons

Initial learning curve for Architect is steep, but once familiar, it empowered our team to launch customer journeys independently.

"With Insider's dynamic and real-time information, we were able to fine-tune our strategy and increase consumer engagement and conversion rates. The real-time messaging support service allowed us to interact with clients in real time and offer fast assistance, which helped us retain customers and increase sales.

Pros

The Mobile App that enabled us to launch weekly campaigns on our app store during the festive and holiday season. SMS and WhatsApp to send timely updates to customers about new product launches and festive offers. Our conversion rate is now up by a whopping 40% all thanks to Insider.

Cons

We just learned about the SMS Explorer tool, which has made it easier for us to scale our SMS marketing. Would have been advantageous if this had been recommended to us earlier by the Insider team.

Insider is one of the most successful startup from Turkey. I can easily say that overall performance and benefit is 10 out of 10. One of the most promising startup in the marketing solution area. Must keep on eye on it.

Pros

Functionality and value-added products are so useful. Customer service is so agile and solution oriented. Integrated system may offer amazing benefits for your marketing funnel and boots your sales.

Cons

UI/UX design and Growth Management Platform have some lack of user-friendly perspective. Usage of products are sometimes little bit tricky and complicated. Developers should simplify some features.
