AttractionSuite has increased our online presence and has eased the burden for our employees. The support team is awesome!

Pros

Easy to use, increases online presence, accommodating for guests, easy to pull and track reports.

Cons

The limitations for tours can be challenging.

This is our 4th season with Attraction Suite and while we are familiar with their competition, they provide the best fit for our tour boat business. I love everything about the front end and back end of the software AND their customer service is outstanding. Immediate response to questions and being able to rely on them for changes and updates in real time is vital to our busy business. The fees are extremely reasonable for what you get. My only regret is that we did not do this sooner!

Pros

Ease of use for me, a non technical person. Easy for our customers to book online.

Cons

Can't think of anything. When I had a need, they solved it.

We used attraction suite last summer and it helped launch our charter company with ease. The team is very responsive and helped us anytime we needed it. I would highly recommend team to anyone needing to integrate a booking system into their website!

The experience from the very first day has been a very positive one. The ease of use is perfect for our business, whether it's our online bookings, phone reservations or walk in's. The support team could not be more responsive to any issue that may arise (very few) from analyzing the problem to the correct fix. A very positive experience and one we look forward to continuing.
