概ね使用をしてる中で不満等無く業務効率に役立っているので非常に満足しています。 都度社内で修正箇所等を検討の上これからも使いやすいツールとして末永く使用出来ればと思いますので宜しくお願い致します。

Pros

定期点検項目のプルダウン化や極力入力する手間を減らせ以前勤務していた会社よりもCSOneの導入により非常に作業効率化が出来ていると感じました。 また拡張性も高く項目の変更や追加等にも柔軟に対応可能で日々使用感が良くなっている点に非常に満足させて頂いてます。

Cons

点検周期などを設定した際、翌日にならないと受付が作成出来ない点が少しラグがあり何とかなればなと思う事があります。

部署間のやり取りが容易になり、皆が同じ情報にアクセスできるようになったため、作業効率がアップしました。

Pros

販売管理、顧客管理、保守管理、フィールド管理など多岐にわたり、網羅しているので、一括感知できるところです。

Cons

電話が通じないこと、担当者が不明な際に困ったことがありました。導入時などは電話対応していただけると助かります。

直観的で使いやすいシステムであると思っています。開発に関わらなかったメンバーが初めて使い始めても、すぐに理解し使いこなしていました。メンバーの声としても「今までよりも格段に作業効率が上がった」という声も聞こえています。

Pros

操作性がよく、割と直観的に出来ていると思いました。また今回弊社のために諸々な開発をお願いしたいのですが、自由度が高いシステムのためか、柔軟に対応いただけた部分がよかったです。

Cons

今回初めて契約関係のフローを導入いただいたためまだまだ発展途上であると思われますが、特に社内と社外のアクセスできる箇所のすみわけにもう少し自由度があるとよいと思いました。また予実の投影が、CS One内でもできるようになるとさらによいと思いました。

情報の一元管理を行うための基盤ができました。また、ワークフローや調達・契約・支払の機能をカスタマイズで盛り込んだことで、必要なデータとの紐づけも可能となり、導入してよかったと考えています。

Pros

Facility Managementにおいては、法定点検の他、緊急補修対応や予防保全対応など、それぞれのプロセスが異なるが、これを一元管理し、設備IDと紐づけることで、分析が容易になる。

Cons

管理ツールとして、最低限のダッシュボードが表示させるようなBI toolのような機能が欲しい。

客先への対応履歴を引合、作業、報告までオールインワンで残すことができ、かつ、それを分かりやすい形で出力が可能です。上記、ステータス管理と導入機器の管理までできます。

Cons

報告書のカスタマイズ性を向上させてほしいです。

Pros

情報のアウトプットに際し、自由に必要項目の加除や並び替え等ができ、アウトプットが容易、かつ、見やすい点です。難しいインターフェースは社内導入・運用の妨げになり兼ねませんが、その心配はなかったです。また、自由にインターフェースを操作できるだけでなく、定型のフォーマットも予め準備されているため、一からインターフェースを作りこむ必要がなく、時間を短縮して導入することができました。

Cons

報告書フォーマットをユーザー側でカスタマイズできない点です。（有償でメーカーに依頼するこことはできます。）ある程度のところまでは、ユーザー側でカスタマイズできるようになっていると更によいかと思います。

作業報告書がデーターに変わったことで、過去の対応履歴を探す手間が省け、情報が蓄積できる点が何よりも良かったです。まだ、使えてない機能もありますが、今後徐々に使っていきたいと思っています。

Pros

現場作業が基本の仕事のため、携帯性は必須でした。レスポンスも良く、報告書の履歴を現場で確認できるので良かったです。

Cons

マニュアルが若干わかりにくかったかもしれません。これもまず使ってみることで解消しました。

Pros

複数サービスマンのスケジュールをまとめて確認できるので見やすい。ドラッグ＆ドロップで日程調整できる。サービスマン個人のスケジュールも確認可能。

Cons

特定のサービスマンを並べて見れるようにしてほしい。

作業報告書がすぐに確認できるため、請求処理までの時間を短縮できるようになった。また、外出先からでも作業履歴や在庫の確認ができるようになった。

Pros

リアルタイムで作業報告や在庫が確認でき、容易に履歴の確認もできる。

Cons

品目在庫計画表に、入荷予定数、出荷予定数の合計が表示されるようにしてほしい。

全国にいる施工者と、リアルタイムで情報共有ができる事が良いです。

Pros

全国で事業を展開しているので、情報の共有などで非常に役に立ってます。パソコンはもちろん、モバイルでもアクセスできるので、便利です。

Cons

時間設定のツールが、押したい時間のボタンが思い通りに押せない事(勝手にずれて違う時間になる)
