Unfortunately, the functionality of the platform falls flat and leaving us to wishing we had chose another vendor. Pros Ability for users to vote on their favorite piece of feedback. It is a great functionality, but doesn't provide a lot of value for driving actionable outcomes. Cons The reporting functionality is juvenile at best, as it focuses just at a manager level. While this is important for individual managers, there is a true lack of being able to do deep analysis across a team, department, or organization. You literally have to do it all in a spreadsheet and request the reports from the company vs them being available directly on the platform. There is a functionality of most commons phrases, but we've found it not to actually be aligned to the true themes of our employees engagement. This process also intentionally builds shared ownership and alignment around action -- two powerful outcomes of Waggl vs. other solutions.
