I'm able to offer a deal to new customers, birthdays, anniversaries or whatever through integration with MailChimp. Cons The ability to test your codes can be a true pain... it requires setting up "fake" campaigns and "fake" emails to make sure it is all good... which puts extra time into setting up... but once it's done.. it's good. The included quotas and value for money are 3-4x that of the competition. Features are as good as the competition for a much lower price. Cons A bit more customisation would be appreciated, including things like customising the page to which users are taken, but I'm sure that's coming. The coupon will be generated automatically if someone clicks a coupon link in their email and I can set the coupon valid for a certain period of time since someone clicks the coupon code link, allowing me to just forget about them and do other things. I was previously going through every coupon code and had to delete or change the expiration dates manually, but Vauchar allowed me to focus on other important things, rather than spending a significant time managing coupons. Cons No option to customize voucher design that's generated when you click the link. It could have been even better if I was able to put a logo of my company and tweak some design. Pros Vouchar has been great. We're using it to provide discounts to our customers with their first purchase. I think it's the most advanced option out there for shopify stores and I've been very impressed by the level of customer service and support. I highly recommend the service to e-commerce businesses across the globe. Cons The software is not currently authorized on the shopify app store, so I was a bit apprehensive at first. Did not take long at all to get the hang of it. Rep walked me through the initial setup and has been great providing assistance anytime it is needed. I required customization to the product in order to meet my specific requirements and rep and his team were able to carry out those customization's much faster than anticipated. Overall a great experience! Cons Nothing to mention, so far everything works as intended. I did have a few suggestions for the software such as being able to make edits to user uploaded codes and emails, and rep has been willing to discuss these suggestions with his team. Pros \- Clean, intuitive interface - Extremely responsive customer support - Vauchar's desire to constantly improve the product based on user feedback Cons The dashboard and campaigns don't seem to be 100% in sync. For example, I have 4 active campaigns with custom vouchers (Amazon claim codes) that have been distributed to customers. But on the dashboard, it shows 0 vouchers presumably because my custom vouchers aren't in the voucher section (they are in campaigns). So to see the distributions across my campaigns and how many vouchers are left I need to go into each campaign one-by-one to check. It is more time-consuming than I think it needs to be. A graph showing voucher distribution by campaign over time would be nice. I am testing different marketing strategies and would be better able to line up what action correlates to a increase in distributions.
