Overall Experlogix worked for our needs, we need something versatile and flexible to do custom configurations on the backend and it achieved good results for us.

Pros

Experlogix helped us immensely to simplify things on the backend of Netsuite in order to have a more seamless ecommerce setup with our existing products and infrastructure.

Cons

The initial setup was very complicated and time consuming, the time to go live with it took a lot longer then we expected. We also had issues when Experlogix updated things and it would break our setup.

it was ok, however they should try to add new features which other platforms have.

Pros

i like being able to import multiple products in one go, and also you edit filters in the categories using speadsheet

Cons

it lacks good few features like you can not add seo plugins to site, no drag and drop feature for landing pages.

overall experienc was ok, however the backend is not so east to understand as like in wordpress.

Pros

I like the product import option, in which you can create multiple products using a excel sheet.

Cons

limited functions compared to woo commerce from wordpress and other ecommerce platforms.

Its really just doing the same as previous template for us nothing extra so far, website sales have dipped slightly since launch, some customers don't like the new layout and flow of new design some customers are able to work it and place orders ok.

Pros

Its template and design is modern and attractive.

Cons

We had to keep adapting our database multiple times to work with website "Speed, search & layout rules" Rather than having the website work around our needs, Upgrade felt like a bit of a rushed job in the end to be honest. A lot of teething problem since launch, still have a few tickets unresolved \[sensitive content hidden\] is an example Development costs are way too expensive , puts us off even asking when we do have a new idea for a feature or lay out change in mind.

Reasons for choosing Experlogix Digital Commerce

We had many ghost categories on previous database was causing major speed and search issues. Threatened to leave and was told by Aphix that they where going to design a new template around our specific needs and use it to market the product to other spare parts companies. Sounded perfect, in reality we where not involved and got presented with an out of the box smart part template and was told we had to adapt our database and systems to suit. We choose this product as after 2 years waiting we where to afraid to start the whole process over with a new company.

Very easy to use and customer support is very helpful when something goes wrong.

Pros

Quick and easy to use, reps find it handy to place order on the go and ship out products from their tablets.

Cons

Changing product info once the product has gone live. Not being able to add multiple messages (Max 10)

The guys at Aphix are knowledgeable and professional. Thorughout the Implementation they track and retain regular contact with Users to ensure a smooth process throughout. Great Team to work with.

Pros

The Aphix Platform is excellent, really handles the subtle differences between B2C and B2B very well with having to embark on lots of additional bespoke development. The real strength is in the ability to use the same data/information but apply this to multpiple sales channels, be them web, mobile apps or many more. Would definately recommend Aphix and the Team.

Cons

Very few issues to even note. The way in which they manage the implementation keeps these to a minimum.
