Signal is an excellent way of monitoring mentions in the press of our company, key stakeholders, the companies we invest in, and our competitors.

Pros

Excellent customer service that is available at all times and that follows up. Its ability to produce reports and deliver numerical findings is also essential to my activity. Signal is simple for me to utilise. I enjoy the format and the reports that are generated as a result.

Cons

Nothing as of yet; I haven't encountered any features I don't like. The main drawback, if any, is that you can only store 18 months' worth of coverage.

It has been very helpful with our communications campaing for eToro.

Pros

Customer Services is incredibly good, always available and following-up. Also, its capacity of creating reports and providing quantitative results is key to my activity.

Cons

It needs to figure out how to get paywalled media content, it is highly important. Algo, programming can become an issue, it has a long learning process to set up all parameters.

The biggest problem was that Signal AI couldn't filter out irrelevant coverage from other parts of the world.

Pros

We didn't specify our media monitoring properly. Signal AI didn't work for us but might for others.

Cons

A little 'busy' but otherwise functional.

I use signal to produce a daily Media report. It is functional for that purpose.

Pros

I find Signal easy to use. I like the format and the resultant reports that are produced.

Cons

There are sometimes glitches which I feel could be avoided - especially if another user is in the same data as you.

Really impressed. The customer service is very responsive for any of my needs, both on the chat in the platform and via email. I also appreciate the webinars they hold for getting additional value out of the platform. The staff all seem really engaged and genuinely happy to help.

Pros

Quick to install and understand. I was able to use it from day one.

Cons

Nothing as yet - not come across any features I am not happy with. Only criticism if at all, is the ability to only hold 18 months worth of coverage.

My experience with Signal AI it’s been absolutely fantastic.

Pros

Being able to set up alerts and monitor for the news I that I am looking for is an absolute game changer. Signal AI helps me stay in the know and as a result helps keep my clients happy

Cons

There are still things to work on in terms of filtering out what you don’t want to see but there is only so much you can do about that.
