Our company has been using this program for many years and have evolved with it. The customer care and service is phenomenal. We get assistance with anything we may need right away without any wait time. I love it.

Pros

The system is seamless to use from the point of contact to final agreements. The documents are very professional and detailed, but more importantly can be tailored to your specific needs.

Cons

Nothing major, but occasionally the system will run slow. We had to transition from Construction Suite Desktop to Construction online which was a difficult transition, but we did it.

Overall pretty good besides a few things but the support team is really great! Would like some updated videos for new hires.

Pros

I really enjoy the breadth of the different things you can do with UDA. Having pretty much a one stop shop for all my needs is great.

Cons

Would like some of the modules to be a bit more in depth. The ability to have waste on change order emailed reminders for calendars that kind of thing. Would also like more support for working in teams without having to refresh your browser.

Manage Drawings, RFIs, Change Orders, costs, schedule in a simple online platform. Its a very versatile tool for a Construction Firm to manage their projects.

Pros

Simple, easy to use project management software in an online platform. Easyly used by our Project Managers, Project Engineers, Supertintendents and Office Clerck.

Cons

Project Schedule tool needs a more in depth capability for dependencies. It should create dependency on previous tasks more easy.

ConstructionOnline has been a helpful tool for organizing and managing our general contracting projects. It keeps project documents, schedules, communication, and important details in one place, which makes it easier for both our office and field teams to stay updated. It has helped us stay more organized and keep better track of project information.

Pros

I like that ConstructionOnline gives us one central place to manage project information instead of having everything spread out between emails, texts, folders, and separate documents. It makes it much easier to find what we need. It helps us keep our projects organized, track documents and schedules, and improve communication between the office and field. It helps reduce confusion and makes project information easier to access.

Cons

There is a little bit of a learning curve when first using it, and some features can feel overwhelming at first. Once you get more familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to use.

Pros

Construction online is a fundamental program for all construction related organization. It allows you to collaborate on projects while keeping everyone in the loop without having to make extra emails and phone calls. Any questions that ive had have been expertly answered and followed up by \[sensitive content hidden\], he has made this transition to this program easy and effortless. Any Bugs or glitches in there system have been fixed in a timely manner. Overall this program is well worth the investment and time.

Cons

I find the categories/tabs a little hard to navigate, but the longer I spend the better it is. also the estimating and scheduling isn't very intuitive. it seems more complicated than necessary.

My overall experience with using Construction Online has been positive. I've also had to communicate with some of the staff via message center and every time I've had a problem or question, they've been very polite, professional, and helpful to quickly answer or resolve the issue.

Pros

Construction online is very helpful in organizing construction projects to ensure we stay within budget. It's easy to navigate and understand. It's also been very helpful to have a chat center where someone from the team can help with any questions or concerns.

Cons

Construction Online occasionally glitches when trying to upload documents. There have been several instances when it will say "network error" when trying to upload documents. It can usually be fixed by refreshing the page.

I have been extremely impressed with everything CO has to offer. I am actually a little overwhelmed with all there is to learn, and we are trying to get it learned very quickly and thoroughly so we utilize everything the program has to offer.

Trying to find where things are located. I wish there was a search box so I could search where "insurance" is or I could search a job name or I could search a contact name.

One of the best products every used in construction extremely comprehensive for the office and for rapid field production.

Pros

Definitely one of the best comprehensive all in one software for contractors and builders. Exceptional for dealing with complex financial estimating and field operations. Plus, the change order management is amazing, so easy to tracking client can't deny approvals keep money in my pocket!

Cons

Product is amazing yet the field app versus the desktop version has limited functionality yet the app version of ConstructionOnline keeps updating so will just continue to get stronger.

It is easy to use, just small details that you may need help, but even then, it is not hard to figure them out, and with the classes that they offer, it is even easier.

It is very good to do the job that it is required of, it has a great support, and one on one classes if you need it.

Very much like the system while in the field and at the office. Allows me to see where my team is clocked in at and their daily logs

Pros

Ease of navigation through the app. The dashboard is nice to be able to see things at a glance. Ease of use between desktop and mobile.

Cons

Some trouble of clocking into projects correctly. I select a project and click in, the system often reverts back to “general all projects” instead of the selected project
