I very much like that it's a one-stop location where I can store and manage all the items I need for Business Development, RFQ submittals, etc...... Additionally, overall, I believe it's very easy to use. The customer care and service is phenomenal. We get assistance with anything we may need right away without any wait time. I love it. Pros The system is seamless to use from the point of contact to final agreements. The documents are very professional and detailed, but more importantly can be tailored to your specific needs. Cons Nothing major, but occasionally the system will run slow. We had to transition from Construction Suite Desktop to Construction online which was a difficult transition, but we did it.
