Overall: All issue that I found was solved by consultants during the use of the application.
Pros: This ERP is a good solution for Italian PMI, as a lot of module that cover all of corporate functions and industry. Zucchetti's consultants are very focused both technically and on business.

Pros: My work Experience with zucchetti was amazing. I love it. It is easy to use and highly speed. I highly recommend it.
Cons: I did not have big problems using zucchetti. Sometimes it crashed but it came back to work again very fast.

Pros: We use the SAAS solution, with sw completely managed and updated directly by the Zucchetti's services. HR Portal and Time & Attendance and Travel Expenses applications used directly by workers are user friendly and apreciated.
Cons: There is a lack into HR management module, Zucchetti should develop a new application or make a joint-venture.

Overall: I have been using these platforms for many years now. The company has certainly benefited from a better organization of human resources both for payroll and, more generally, for the control of the workforce in all its aspects.
Pros: I appreciate the compleet ranhe of solution for every issue in the HR managing
Cons: the use of the software may not be easy at the beginning for those who are not fully involved in the work
"Support as great as the HR Suite"
Pros: HR Infinity is such a good software. Even though, at the first glimpse the Suite is not so easy to learn, once the Zucchetti Team teach you how to specifically use the different applications, the entire system works well, with tons of different funcionalities to help both the HR Department in everyday tasks and the employees with an easy user experience. The most beautiful thing about Zucchetti HR Infinity is, for sure, its depth, how the administration user is able to go deeply inside every different aspetct.
Cons: The set up of the different funcionalities and the initial complexity due to so many funcionalities. Moreover, for the initial period, the application menu is not so easy to understand without the support and training of Zucchetti's Team too.
