Cons There is a lack into HR management module, Zucchetti should develop a new application or make a joint-venture. Even though, at the first glimpse the Suite is not so easy to learn, once the Zucchetti Team teach you how to specifically use the different applications, the entire system works well, with tons of different funcionalities to help both the HR Department in everyday tasks and the employees with an easy user experience. The most beautiful thing about Zucchetti HR Infinity is, for sure, its depth, how the administration user is able to go deeply inside every different aspetct. Cons The set up of the different funcionalities and the initial complexity due to so many funcionalities. Moreover, for the initial period, the application menu is not so easy to understand without the support and training of Zucchetti's Team too. Pros It's omnicomprensive, almost every aspect needed by an HR software is there, from payroll to safety to business analytics. Cons Some modules have been developed less than others and some minor basic functionalities are not implemented even after years that they have been requested by many customer. Pros Le molteplici funzionalità interconnesse , come la possibilità di effettuare le presenze e le paghe all'interno di un unico gestionale. Cons Non conoscere pienamente tutte le sue funzionalità.
