Ho iniziato ad utilizzare zucchetti un anno fa ed è stata una piacevole scoperta, lo trovo un gestionale di comprensione immediata e facile sia per l'utente che per l'operatore.

Pros

Le molteplici funzionalità interconnesse , come la possibilità di effettuare le presenze e le paghe all'interno di un unico gestionale.

Cons

Non conoscere pienamente tutte le sue funzionalità. Sarebbe interessante conoscere meglio la parte relativa all'elaborazione delle statistiche.

davvero dannosa per la mia attività, fa solo perdere tanto tempo e non sono una novellina, molto brutto a vedersi, non si riesce nemmeno bene a capire l'ordinamento per es. alfabetico, chi lo ha progettato sicuramente non lo usa

Pros

non mi è piaciuto nulla, penso che alcune aziende che lo usano lo facciano apposta per poter mettere i bastoni tra le ruote ai fornitori per avere una scusa e tardare i pagamenti

Cons

la completa mancanza di intuitività, perdita di tempo enorme, brutta visione davvero pessimo, anche le spiegazioni sono orrende, 280 pagine da leggere??? Ma io devo lavorare, scherziamo? datevi da fare e cercate di cambiare un poco questo metodo, grazie, purtroppo sono caduta nella trappola con due miei clienti e devo "ballare"

Quotazione di moduli non necessari che poi non annullano. I moduli presenti e necessari presentano numerosi BUG, roba che non ci si aspetta nemmeno su app appena create

Pros

L'unico vantaggio che avevamo è che avevamo già il modulo presenze per raccogliere le timbrature e quindi, sbagliando, abbiamo ritenuto che aggiungere i moduli per comunicazioni, richieste di ferie/permessi, turni, ecc... fosse la cosa migliore. Grosso errore!

Cons

Supporto pessimo e zero capacità di analisi degli analisti e anche dei tecnici. A costo di spendere il doppio per cambiare applicativo non farò più alcuno sviluppo sul loro software HR

Il prodotto ha una buona interfaccia grafica che rende intuitivo l’utilizzo anche a utenti non esperti

Ritengo che sia necessaria una guida più particolareggiata per alcune funzioni e che si crei un interfaccia con il desktop telematico

La mia esperienza complessiva con Zucchetti è nella media, non posso ritenermi pienamente soddisfatta a causa della complessità e della lentezza che talvolta lo caratterizzano. Nonostante questo, quando funziona bene è un ottimo software per creare cedolini e buste paga corrette e precise

Pros

Il vantaggio maggiore dell’utilizzo di Zucchetti è la precisione con la quale ci consente di lavorare ed inserire i dati necessari a creare orari di lavoro e cedolini per i dipendenti

Cons

Essendo utilizzato da tantissime persone generalmente sempre nello stesso periodo di tempo (fine mese/inizio mese) capita spesso che il software si blocchi causando così disagi e ritardi nei cedolini. A volte ha molte regole per l’inserimento e potrebbe risultare complesso da imparare

My work Experience with zucchetti was amazing. I love it. It is easy to use and highly speed. I highly recommend it.

Cons

I did not have big problems using zucchetti. Sometimes it crashed but it came back to work again very fast.
