I have used Facebook for a long time, and normally don't have any problem.

Pros

I like how easy it is to find friends, and share things with them. I have been able to gather most of my friends from high school, and old jobs. It seems that everyone is on Facebook.

Cons

I think they have really bad customer service. I have tried reporting an issue to them, and they did not get back to me with good feedback. They basically denied my claim, and didn't give me any reason at all. I also don't like the fact that they seem to be silencing certain individuals. I believe in freedom of speech for all.

My overall experience was horrible I lost all of my pictures and all of my memories from my kids.

Pros

I love to be able to connect with my family be able to social network and keep my photos there as well as sell products.

Cons

Once someone hacks your account there's no way of you getting back in or customer service being any kind of help to you.

Pros

Having a platform where you can interact with various people (ie., friends, family, classmates, coworkers, etc.) Is really helpful and fun. What makes this platform competitive is the ability to create business pages and ads for your company.

Cons

Aside from its benefits, the only "cons" i have found are the use of various app platforms to do all that facebook actually use to do. For example, before 'messenger' you were able to use the app itself (facebook) to send private messages. Also, the fact that you cant delete an account is scary. You can only "deactivate"

\- cost effective product that is good value- many good features that are helpful - easy to use- good brand that everyone knows

one of the major disadvantage is not secure entirely. some time it hang and crash it cause problem, also now days advertise show more.

Pros

Cons

I have some concerns about privacy. Also, the audience and user interaction is quite limited as many persons, especially the younger generation, have switched to other apps

I loved the accessibility to current events, friends and family updates, and the ability to get your business out inexpensively to a large audience. I often placed ads that were effective. I also like Marketplace as I have used it as both a buyer and seller. However, censuring of comments is not the job of Facebook. I am currently hoping for a replacement for Facebook from another source

Pros

Facebook was the absolute go to concerning keeping up with friends and family as well as a great way to advertise business products and it is still in a lot of ways completes this need. I did find that ads were inexpensive and a good way to get your business out there in the public domain. I also have benefitted as a buyer and seller through their Marketplace.

Cons

Facebook has changed and I am waiting for something to replace it. The censuring of certain political comments is very alarming to me. I also do not like the constant ads that cause the page to load very slowly. Facebook should not censure free speech.

Overall it's great app to find people and connect with them

Pros

It's user friendly, with attractive look. It's helps to find and connect friends and make new contacts with people. It helped when I went abroad for studies. Also groups and pages gathers people with similar thought to share with others.

Cons

There some fishing issues as random people can search and try to connect you without any motivation and try to make scams, however help center support is great with such issues, also there are many unnecessary ads which keeps popping up.
