The technical support team is always responsive, helpful and genuinely service-oriented. A trusted partner at the very heart of our daily operations. They have though a lot of possible scenarios on how a service can be offered and costed, how to add exceptions and how to save time on repetitive tasks. Toogo team has a very supporting onboarding team Cons It's not that intuitive, you really need to spend sometime trying to get used to the workflow. The fields are not auto descriptive. For operations in several countries and for several languages, gets very expensive. I would say that is more DMC oriented than for wholesalers tour operators.
