I have greatly enjoyed it so far. \[sensitive content hidden\] and Will have been awesome and sooo helpful. I also love all the features I am gaining since moving from our old system like the parent / child items.

Pros

Support is really great and fast. Onboarding has been awesome. Everyone I have spoken with has been helpful and made sure our transition has been pleasant.

Cons

I don't have any complaints! There are certain limitations on how I'm used to doing thing on my own system, but we are learning best practices and ways around!

Ravetree has been great. It helped our company modernize from paper files and we about to enter our 3rd year of using Ravetree. Along the way, anytime we have an issue or complications, the help center is great at finding the right solution.

Pros

Our Team loves being able to all see current and up-to-date information at all times. We all can edit and add key milestones to projects as we complete them.

Cons

The recent update with shifting projects into work items has made things a little more complimented for us, but we learned to navigate the new structure.

Overall our team is very satisfied. It's easy to run time log reports, see what's ready to be worked on, and keep everyone in the loop regarding client work.

Pros

Ravetree is a very powerful platform that is easy to use. We really like the Gantt chart, time tracking, and billing features. There are lots of nice customization options and it even includes a CRM.

Cons

It's not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. We tried cheaper tools in the past, but Ravetree was far superior.

ClickUp has lots of features, but this was the problem. It was way too complicated and was cumbersome to setup for our business. We struggled to get our team to use it as they found it to be confusing.

Reasons for choosing Ravetree

We also looked into Teamwork, but the UI wasn't very good and we found some strange bugs when testing it out.

As an agency that has tried multiple platforms, from large wholistic software solutions, to many small individual platforms. Ravetree has aligned perfectly with our business needs. Not only that but the team at Ravetree have been incredibly receptive and responsive to our needs, implementing changes overnight during our implementation to ensure we are able to fully transition from our prior platform and continue to function as normal. I'm excited for the future of Ravetree and excited to continue working closely with them as our business further develops.

Pros

Ravetrees' holistic functionality, which is clear and easy to understand, and its adaptive nature aligns with most if not all businesses.

Cons

As a platform the UI/UX is somewhat dated and could use a refresh, however, this should not be subject to functionality.

[Accelo](https://www.capterra.com/p/225762/Accelo/)

Ultimately Accelo failed to provide a cohesive and easy way for our departments to be managed without depending on other applications alongside Accelo. For the price point Accelo is, Ravetree exceeded our needs and was a clear choice to move into.

Reasons for choosing Ravetree

Better holistic solution and more receptive team to our needs.

I've used a lot of different projects / studio management platforms - many of them do one thing well, but not a lot of things well. Ravetree isn't perfect, but it's the closest thing we've found in our extensive search and they proactively improve the platform based on customer feedback on a regular basis.

Pros

Great customisation and workflows, amazing customer support. Handles projects, tasks and subtasks well with ability to schedule and track everything.

Cons

It has invoicing, which is great (as many platforms don't have it at all), but is probably one of the areas that can be improved most.

Accelo was too cumbersome and not as customisable - also more expensive.

Reasons for choosing Ravetree

Ravetree covered our broad range of needs and end to end solution better than the other options - and managed retainers better than most platforms which is important for us.

So far it has been great for our company. We tried other programs but none fit our needs as perfectly as Ravetree does.

Pros

all employees can access up to date content in one simple place. Good visual representation of information.

Cons

Need more customization for visible fields and content limitation

Pros

Ravetree is potentially the most complete platform in terms of features for work management. The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience. Ravetree has a very good value for money.

Cons

Nothing to report for the moment. Ravetree seems to be perfect

Pros

The application has some great qualities, however many worked sporadically. On many occasions we reached out to support to ask why something was not working, only to be told it was working and instantly finding that it was (as if functions were being fixed as we mentioned them). I did reach out when we were considering leaving and received a response I was quite shocked with. The team responded with BYE and kicked us out of support completely. We were no longer able to contact them. SHOCKING support

Cons

The lack of stability and the appalling support.
