From the begining with Onboarding they walked me through the entire process. Answered every question and concern I have had along the way.

Pros

It covers everything I need for my pest control business. Scheduling, payments, sales, invoicing and communication with my customers. Customer support is quick and is always able to handle any issues I may have.

Cons

There is not to much that I dislike about Brio stack. Seems like when I think I wish they would add this. They do it.

Really happy with brio. They are always innovating and working on making the process easier and smoother.

Pros

They are always adding new features and a lot of the time they’re features that we would like so I ask if it’s an option and get told it’s actually already in the queue to be built.

Cons

I wish brio office could be used on mobile. Primarily for manipulating routes. A lot of times I’ll have my phone or iPad but hardly ever a computer.

The convenience of the website and the customer service available whenever is a very good feature. :-)

Cons

When the program crashes or doesn't work. Also the bugs, when things get deleted like important information about customers

I have had a great overall experience with Briostack. \[sensitive content hidden\] has always been there to help and support no matter how big or small the project. I have enjoyed the product and service since day 1.

Pros

I really enjoy the Paperless features and everyone on the customer service team. I also like the different integrations with other apps that are very useful.

Cons

The monthly costs are getting expensive with all the add ons. But I do have to admit that I appreciate the functionality of the add ons.

customer service is always friendly and helpful. usually it's not too difficult to talk to an actual person.

Cons

finding available reports that i need. a report is not always available when I'm trying to find certain metrics.

I don't like that there are admin controls for my account that are only accessible by briostack personnel and not me. I feel i should be able to make changes to my account when necessary without having to involve a middle man.

The worst experience, customer service sucks, i was told several times \[sensitive content hidden\] would be calling me to confirm my cancelation, but never got any call or email and after i tried again to reach out to thier suppposed customer service team

Nothing i was straight up lied to in the sales call, i was tild it was a lawn care software on after signing up it was all pest control.

Cons

Lies and deception and now after i over the phone and thru email told them i wanted nothing to do with thier product and wanted to cancel, are continuing to take money from me, do your self a favor run dont walk, away from this company

Pros

How the software makes things much more convenient. We are able to work remotely if we need to. Also it’s excepted on a iPhone platform.

Cons

Sometimes learning all of the report features. If I need to find skipped customers, sometimes I get lost trying to find how to make sure all customers have been serviced.

Briostack’s customer support has been excellent—responsive, available when needed, and genuinely helpful. When I call in with questions, the team understands my industry and can answer in a way that’s practical and specific, not generic. The platform has also helped us build real efficiencies through better workflows and increased automation, which has made day-to-day operations smoother and more scalable.

Cons

It’s a robust system, so it takes time and attention to get everything configured correctly. It’s not difficult, but you do need to be willing to invest the time upfront to implement it the right way.

I wouldn't recommend Briostack.

Pros

We recently started using Briostack software for our small pest control business. Expectations were high with the previous great reviews. Unfortunately, until you sign up the demos and experience you have with the software is extremely limited. With the promise that we would be able to easily note on each unit inside large apartment complexes we were sold. We had been researching, trialing, and debating on software options for the past 6 months, so we were sure to be very specific that our goal is to create unit specific notes and treatment details that would be able to be easily imputed. Staff and technicians were excited to get ready for the Go Live! Our company received a week or of occasional phone calls to assist with set up and you are given 4 training videos... after you pay them a large deposit and sign an annual monthly subscription. Once we were able to view and work in the software we found a lot of things that do not fit our company policies from inaccurate agreements, customer notification issues, scheduling limitations, and the list goes on. Most importantly they do NOT even offer the specific unit notes in the software that was promised. When I voiced my concern they said they could put in a request to develop the software “add on” with a realistic timeline of 6 months. Our company is 80% apartment complexes. They want us to either just pay the rest of the year off without the ability to utilize it for our company or pay the annual subscription off ($150/mo.)

Cons

We were sold on services that are not available inside the Briostack software. The agreements are not acceptable. Scheduling is difficult. We received complaints from customers about receiving robo calls from our company. It's impossible I cancel if you're unsatisfied.

We’ve had them for years. Customer support has been great. No product is perfect, but this will definitely get the job done well.

Pros

We love how many parts of the business Briostack helps us manage. This software manages your customer data, your technicians, your compliance and all of your billing and collections. We also like the ability for technicians and sales reps to easily sign up new customers.

Cons

There are a few minor things we would change. Overall, I think it’s a bit expensive compared to competitors and I wish it was a bit more user-friendly from an app

### ""Do not go with them!""

The gentleman with Brio that I met at our CEU was a great salesman and hook line and sinker I was SOLD! No test period(should have saw through that) before I had to sign a contract. I was in tears, feeling that I was to stupid to run my own company, because I could not make it work like I was told it would. Bought $$$$$ out of my contract and they continued to run charges on my credit card. After all the lost time and money I invested, when I finally got the charges to stop I had no access to my records. Thank goodness I printed a hard copy of everything we did over the time frame of about 4 months. Stay Away is my best advise!

Pros

There was not one thing that I liked about the software. After using another program I am 100% certain that this was not a good fit for my company. I will say one good thing was there customer service was good, but most every time I would run into a problem the solution was so difficult that it was impossible for me to recreate or I was told the program did not have the capability to do what I needed.

Cons

It was so hard to use. Mobile version was terrible. Could not see a full view of your calendar. Not color coded. I was locked into a contract and had to pay to get out of it. Did not get what I was sold!

However, the charge you specified happened after you ended the contract, was a $1 charge due for the continued use of a telephone number from our system you were using. When you ended your contract, you lost access to your account. If you still need access to that data you should give customer service a call to see what they can do. ### "Amazing, time-saving software! "

I feel as a customer is learning the software, they should have access with dummy accounts to play around with how everything works before they actually go active with their real life customers.

Pros

The route scheduler is REVOLUTIONARY! I never imagined I would find software that is so easy to schedule my customers. There is a map you can see what is going on through the month, and a route can literally be scheduled as easy as circling around the dots on the map! I have saved hours and hours of time! The technician Access in the field is even better because it locates the exact destination with GPS and integrated into the software so that everything shows up perfectly! I am saving hundreds of dollars on paperwork because it is set up to be paperless! Also, I love how the service reminders are automated. Before I was manually doing it with my old software provider and I would do it every Wednesday the week before. I would be barraged with so many calls and requests from customers after my reminders had gone out. Now that I have Brio, sending out my service reminders is seamless. Service reminder is set to go out two days before a customer scheduled day. The reminders go out automatically. These guys are absolutely amazing they thought of everything!

I have used a lot of software products to automate pest control activities. I have never used anything like it. As far as I can tell, Briostack dominates the marketplace. The other softwares, don't even compete. They are very polite on the phone and we get a quick response to our questions with solutions. Thank you Briostack for being Amazing!

Ummmm.. it's better than paper and pen.......sometimes.

Cons

Don't even know where to begin. Has made our office and tech' s jobs more difficult, customer complaints due to funtionality issues with the " beta program' they foisted on us. Has cost us time, money and frustration in using this software. Wish it could be fixed to actually work. Wish it would work properly, we always seem to need to call support, only they never pick up. How can you be selling a service or product and not return calls to PAYING CUSTOMERS, never mind potential ones ?

Cons

Large commercial accounts is VERY time consuming. There is no automation so you need to enter information for a bait station, as an example, one by one. Multiply that over 100 stations and the time adds up quickly.

If you want to find out if the software is for you, then all you need to do is sign a 12 month contract to find out! Multiple attempts to ask for their sales persons recordings of our conversations and a refund from time of written cancellation request, came to nothing as they CONTINUED TO BILL MY BANK ACCOUNT.

This software has a lot of features way too many features

Cons

After completing the training for this software it was immediately apparent that this was way too heavy and complicated for our small business. No problem I thought, as the sales person assured me it was a rolling month to month contract. When I tried to cancel I was told, it was an annual contract and to “read the small print and weep”.

We left a software that was very limited. This software allows us to customize to what we need and allows us to better serve our customers.

Pros

Ease of use. We can also track anything I can think of that we need to. It is easy to see where we are lacking jobs and where we need to work on new business. Tracks the techs easily and keeps up with all of our customer's needs. AMAZING customer service. Our rep is Carter Call and he has always been available to answer our questions and help us whenever we have needed it.

Cons

Set up is time consuming. It took us several weeks to get entirely set up but once we did the product was really easy to use.

Ease of use in the field. Techs like it. Automated invoicing . Usually when you call you get a person on the phone.

Cons

Customer service is in much need for improvement. System does not have a multi unit / housing system. Make promises they don't keep over and over.

### "Avoid Briostack at All Costs — Dishonest, Broken, and a Complete Nightmare"

Briostack is, without exaggeration, the worst software company we’ve ever dealt with. Nearly every interaction involved dishonesty, evasiveness, or terrible support. Aside from one genuinely decent employee, our experience was consistently frustrating and unprofessional. Before signing up, major platform issues were never disclosed. Once onboarded, we lost huge amounts of time troubleshooting broken or unreliable features with support teams that seemed more focused on deflecting responsibility than solving problems. The lost productivity and wasted money were staggering. Many of the features that attracted us either did not work properly, worked inconsistently, or created additional problems. Their payment processing system was especially bad. Onboarding was chaotic, and leaving the platform later became its own nightmare. Customer service was shockingly poor. Communication was terrible, accountability was nonexistent, and support often felt combative instead of helpful. It became very clear why they rely so heavily on contracts. Eventually, after endless unresolved issues, they admitted they could not properly fix the situation and agreed to let us leave without an early termination fee — the bare minimum considering the time and money their failures cost us. Then, over a year after leaving, we suddenly received a collections notice for an alleged $26 “debt” despite never receiving any invoice, warning, statement, phone call, or email claiming we owed anything. Avoid Briostack at all costs. We strongly recommend Housecall Pro or GorillaDesk instead. Choosing Briostack was one of the biggest operational regrets we’ve made as a business.

Pros

The thing I liked best about it is the ability to track bait station activity across jobs in order to compare from visit to visit. Honestly, this is probably the only thing we liked that worked.

Cons

All of their best features do not work, from their marketing to the most essential routing features, and none of this will be disclosed to you.
