Pros

It was a smooth implementation and our employees used it from day 1. without difficulty. It is very easy to use for both employees and administrators. The automatic updates ensure that we do not end up with an outdated intranet.

Cons

I can't find any cons - we are happy customers.

We are so happy with the Colibo solution. It has really lifted internal information and knowledge sharing in our company.

Pros

It democratized information in our organization. Pre-Colibo it was top-down information. Now everybody contribute

Cons

The design possibilities were somewhat limited in the first versions. It has improved a lot over the years

Effortless implementation and everyday work with Colibo

Pros

\- The integration with MS365 and our AD userbase, is enabling us to get more out of our licences.- The ease of use, both as a user and as an admin.- Streamlined implementation process and helpful support and company.

Cons

So far we are very happy with our Colibo solution.

Our intranet solution means the world to us! We are an organisation with locations in the entire country and Colibo contributes to minimizing the gap between the colleagues. It enables us to strengthen our common ground, celebrating each other victories. The knowledge sharing and collaboration across locations is made much easier using Colibo.As an system admin. the security knowing, that the support team is always ready to help is of utmost importance. The development team are always responsive and no request is never too crazy or troublesome, it is (almost) always possible to find a solution. In the long run the solutions are even continiously refined. We very much appreciate he cooperation with the entire Colibo team.

Pros

Definitely the ease of use. It is very intuitive. Furthermore the platform both works as a communication platform as well as a document and information archive/platform.The cooperation with the Colibo-team is outstanding.

Cons

We miss a possibility of assigning different roles to different users. Management of rights is working OK, but some functions are only available to system admins. Would be nice to delegate some of the adm. work to "local" system administrators.

We are very satisfied with with overall experience with Colibo as a collaboration platform. It works very well as a communication and information sharing channel.

Pros

Being able to target information and news to specific groups of colleagues is very strong. Very easy to use. Good search engine. The way it can serve as a hub, where you access other tools and also being able to integrate more with other systems. Looking forward to that.

Cons

It can be difficult to set up a logical structure, which means that some posts can be difficult to find. The way new comments move a post to the top of the feed is not smart, but this will be handled in the coming version of Colibo.

Fast implementation less than 4 months and very good co-operation made the project a huge success

Fixes templates and easy integration with AD

Cons

The fixed template gave a few challenge in the begining but after go-live people respect it
