Pros: I use pulsar to do market research for future campaigns. It pulls in data from across the web and analyzes it for you. You can pull different charts and graphs from the data to use in reports. You're even able to analyze sentiment and emotion.

Cons: This software is pretty expensive. It's also difficult to use. It definitely took me awhile to learn how to use it. There's also been times it doesn't pull in data and I need a customer service person to help me get it on track. Also the some graphs do not let you customize them as much as I would like.
