The communication was sometimes not quite right, so that additional costs were incurred for some modules, even though this was not apparent beforehand. Overall, we are still very satisfied and can recommend PrintXpand. Pros The service was very quick and always available. They tried to find a practical solution. The consultancy was great. The quality delivered was always satisfactory. Cons In some cases, additional costs were incurred because the communication was not clear beforehand. Some features that we assumed should be included were also charged extra. The support packages changed during the project, which also resulted in additional costs. I have concluded that the PrintXpand solution is more important to my business than any printing equipment we own. I consider the PrintXpand solution as the heart of my business and my printing equipment secondary to the PrintXpand solution. Pros Over the last 3 years, the most important thing I like about PrintXpand is the technical staff that I have access to on a weekly if not daily contact as we continue to work on new features and application for new products. I have had only two different software support engineers in the last three years and I have really enjoyed working with both of them. Cons Time Zone difference. I am in Pacific Time Zone and their support time zone is 12.5 hours different from mine. But I must say I have adapted to getting support in the evenings from as early as 7 pm, my time, and as late as 9 am, my time. We have even had support when needed mid day, my time, when it is mid night in their time zone.
